Dunes of Panama - großer Thomas-Standort für Iron Man, Bike Week, Seafood Festivals und kleine Liga-Events im Frank Brown Park Viele Upgrades für diese Eignereinheit müssen gerade erst auf den Mietmarkt gehen.
Die Dünen von Panama haben 1500 Fuß unberührten weißen Sandstrand, der von den smaragdgrünen Gewässern des Golfs umspült wird. Wir haben drei Pools für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Einer der Golf-Front-Pools ist in der Regel vom 1. November bis 1. Mai beheizt.
Auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes "B" befinden sich Tennisplätze und Basketballkörbe.
Verfügbare Spielgeräte zum Auschecken aus dem "C" -Büro:
Basketball, kleine Wasserpistolen, Volleyball, Badminton, Shuffle Board, Leiter Ball, Tennisschläger und Bälle, Boccia, Kunststoff T-Ball, Waschmaschine werfen, Fledermäuse / Bälle, Hufeisen, Völkerball, Lacrosse, weiche Paddel, Schleuderball, Sky Darts , etc. Es gibt auch einen winzigen Spielplatz am Strand.
Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum in Gebäude E. Sie müssen zum Büro "C" gehen, um einen Schlüssel zu erhalten.

Wir sind bekannt als eine "familienfreundliche" Eigentumswohnung.
Sud's Weezers Deli und Souvenir Shop befindet sich im "E" Gebäude (saisonale Stunden) für Ihren Genuss. Sie sind familienbetrieben und servieren Deli-Sandwiches, Pizza, Eis, Snacks, Smoothies, Geschenk- und Convenience-Artikel, Bier und Wein und vieles mehr - sogar großartige Weinkühler.

Failed expectations as in rooms needed a makeover, upgrade , a redo, better dusting and cleaning, but we like the view of the ocean and beach from our balconies but would have to consider a different apartment or condo the cars are the items listed also bathroom vent fans made continuous vibrating and humming noise while turned on And the price for this situation was not worth it thanks

Terrible Condition of Condo

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in vacation condos before but never have I had a unit so poorly maintained. There was paint peeling from the ceiling, brown staining on the curtains and the edges of the second bedroom ceiling, portions of ceiling completely missing in the master bath but the worst offense was the mold. The secondary bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. By the second morning both my children had developed a cough, as that was their primary bathroom. We immediately vacated the unit but as you are required to pay in full prior to arrival we were still charged the remaining nights. Only a small portion was reimbursed. Excuses were made that this was a cleaning crew issue but once you view the overall state of this unit it is clearly a consistent issue of non-maintenance. In fact, our friends were staying in the unit next door which is owned by another company and upon explaining the situation to them to see if they had another unit we could stay in they immediately knew (without us saying, only describing the condition of our unit) which unit we were staying in.

The location is great if you want away from the touristy part of PCB. We love the Dunes of Panama. I am already looking forward to booking with them next year.

August 2024 Girls Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We plan a trip to the beach every year and this year decided to book the Dunes of Panama D-704. The unit is quite nice. It could use a deep cleaning and replacement of rugs and shower curtains. Hope they get the fridge replaced as the freezer door was not shutting properly. The Dunes Building D was very nice and easy access to beach and pool. Glad we decided to go in August as it was not crowded. We will definitely keep this unit in mind for our future Girls Trips!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great staff and location. For the price we paid, the unit could use some attention in a few places (hall ceiling and walls). Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Pools were very well taken care of. Beach was nice however if you don't get there early, others have tents layed out saving their spots for later in the day.
