We like to keep our home as fresh as the outside ocean air. If you need to smoke or vape, you`ll need to step outside to do so. There will be a $500 fine for any smoking inside the home.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Laru Beya is nestled in a stunning tropical paradise with lush surroundings and breathtaking views. Tropical environments are known for insects, so we strongly recommend using bug spray to stay protected. Plus, don’t forget sunscreen to keep yourself shielded while enjoying the beautiful sunshine.
Guest agrees that the Hune Energy Saver Air Conditioning Power “Control Box” and Key Card are not to be tampered with under any circumstances. Guest understands that the Control Box only accepts the provided encryption card to activate the power of the Air Conditioners. Guest also understands that tampering with or placement of any other item in the box will cause damage. Guest agrees to be liable and pay the $500 fine upon request. Guest also understands that removal of house keys from encryption card or any damage or loss of card is a violation of this agreement and therefore guest will be liable to pay the $500 fine upon request.
