Es ist nah an alles, aber sehr ruhig und privat. Sie haben nicht die Menschen, Verkehr von den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Das Wassertaxi kommt direkt vor der Tür für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Es gibt nur 6 Eigentumswohnungen in diesem Projekt. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, um die unglaubliche Aussicht aus genießen. Wir sind komplett bis auf Grill und Badetücher ausgestattet. Exceeded All Expectations!!!

I can’t say enough... nearly private beach, pool, 2 min walk on the beach to a tiki bar/food, very quite/relaxing and a 7 min stroll on the beach to West End Beach party action. Home faces due west with the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. Kevin, John and Jensen were kind, polite and just a pnone call away if we needed anything. We were a group on 6 adults and 3 kids that take a family vacation every year. We all agreed it doesn’t get any better than this. Thanks Steve and Debbie!!

Doesn't get any better than this!!

We had a fabulous stay at Condo Cervantes. While we were trying to decide where to stay in Roatan this property was very intriguing to us however we had read a recent review that was very negative and we were concerned about it so we asked the owner what the condition of the property was currently before we committed to renting it. She assured us that all of the items that were mentioned were taken care of. The patio table on the upper deck off the master bedroom was no longer there. I must admit it would be nice to have some more furniture there but we did have a couple of Adirondack chairs to use to watch the beautiful sunset every night! The kitchen was very well stocked with many dishes, glasses, pots and pans, brand new silverware. There was even baking pans and a mixer. The bathrooms certainly do not need to be gutted, however, we were told they are ready to put all new plumbing in during the next few months. Sometimes the water pressure wasn't what we were used to but everything worked just fine. I guess Roatan has had one of the rainiest seasons in a long time and the roof leak that was mentioned along with the electrical problem were all taken care of. This unit is not on the generator and we were told that up front. The electricity only went off one time during our week stay and it was during the night so it did not interfere with our time there. The location of this unit is definitely the BEST on West Bay Beach as they describe it to be. It is so close to everything but you can stay right there on the beach if you want the privacy and peace and quiet. There is a large BBQ that we cooked on several nights and could not have had a better stay while there. We also hired a cook to come in and prepare our dinner one night. I highly recommend doing this. It was wonderful!! We cannot say enough about the property managers and Tulio that lives right there on the property. Everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back to visit again next year!!

Fantastic!

Our large family of 10, 6 adults 4 children under 12 Loved Condo Cervantes!

It was in the perfect location.

We had the sea, the pool, wonderful accommodations for everyone.

Debbie was easy and the best to work with.

We would definitely recommend this property! ( altho we want to keep it a secret!)

There are too many activities and attractions to even begin.

We did a different activity each day but at "home" before and after was wonderful , plenty of play time, drinks and relaxation was enjoyed by all.

We did a lot of our own cooking which is perfect, because taking that many people of different ages out to eat would be hard!

There were no problems except that we didn't want to leave.

If you are going to Roatan for a week or more, you should read this:

This condo on Roatan is the best for its location and bang for your buck if you are traveling with some friends. It is a spacious open-concept living situation. You are a short walk (a couple minutes at best) to a very active beautiful beach with plenty of bars and restaurants. But the best thing is, you don’t really need to leave the condo’s beach, as you have your own private beach right in front of you. You can’t go too deep, as seaweed does start to develop, but when you are in the Caribbean, floating in waist deep water is paradise. Ok, the condo. It is beautiful. We were only 2 families (mom, dad, and a kid toddler each), so my wife and I used the master suite upstairs (amazing view of the ocean for sunset), and the other largest bedroom on the main floor was used by our friends (nice bed with private bathroom). The other room we never used, except for massages, which are around 30 dollars an hour. Overall, this place is an amazing find for Roatan, as everyone who walked by coming from the main strip asked how we got the place. The cherry on top is if you like snorkeling. Many places along the beach you can swim out, and see beautiful reefs and fish (what Roatan is all about). I don’t usually return to another place twice as the world to too inviting, but if I had to go back to Roatan, I would contact Debbie (the owner) right away. Patrick

This Condo is in need of repairs. Not worth the money.

A rundown rental unit! The employees that support the rental unit are all wonderful and try to maintain the condo we believe the best they can. We know it is Roatan, but we have stayed in other rentals that have been very well maintained, and have been extremely happy. We feel we were taken advantage of, and did not get what we paid for. We see there have been recent good reviews and simply do not understand that! For example, the top level deck chairs were grossly rusted, and would break if you sat on one. There were rust chunks falling all over the deck floor making it not nice to walk on. We sent photos of the deck furniture to the owner and were told they would be "replaced". Little good this was to us for our two week vacation. The kitchen was "okay", but the flatware, can opener, other items were all rusted, holes in the ice cube trays etc. depicting overall low maintenance. All of the bathrooms should be completely gutted. There was no shower head in the main floor bathroom when we arrived, just a pipe coming out of the wall, the toilet seat was broken. The taps in the master bath suite fell out while trying to shower the second day, John the nice maintenance man came in and did his best to patch up what we had so that we could use it, however the shower is sub par for what you are paying. The ceiling in the dining area leaks which causes the light and ceiling fan not to work. When we arrived there was a piece of tape on one of the switches so that we could not use dining area lights due to previous leaks and lack of electrical repairs. During our stay the problem got worse and none of the lights or ceiling fans in the dining area, living room and stairway to the second floor would work. If you tried to reset the breaker sparks would fly. We contacted the owner Debbie and were told that the problems are being looked into. If that is the case don't rent out the unit at a premium rate when it is not a premium property. During our 2 week stay the power went out on the island, something that is common, not a big deal however when the unit you are renting does not have power and you look around and see that other six units in the building do have power because they are hooked up to the backup generator and your unit is not, you feel kind of cheated. As it turns out the owner has chosen not to be attached to the backup generator.

We would not rent from this owner again, ever.
