We did not think the WSI could improve but you proved us wrong - the caring people and updated property condition make a special place the BEST! Thank you!

The condo was well appointed for a rental property. We understand that the comfort of the furnishings is not the top priority for the owners, longevity & durability ranks higher. The one area that comfort in our humble opinion should be paramount is the mattress because after all most people go on vacation to sight see. Very little time is spent in a rental during the day. Having a good bed to rest one’s tired body is important. The mattress in condo #209 was worn out, with very little support. Disappointing The staff - Kris at the front desk was professional, kind and very helpful.
