I’m really glad to hear everything from check in to check out felt seamless and that you found the accommodations very nice and comfortable overall. I really appreciate you pointing out the issue with the hide-a-bed. That definitely should not be uncomfortable or have broken springs, and I’m sorry it affected that part of your stay.
