Toller Urlaubsort! Dieses gemütliche, vielseitige Apartment liegt nur 3 Gehminuten vom charmanten Dorf Walloon Lake mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem Strand und den Restaurants entfernt. Dieser Raum verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Arbeitsbereich. In einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. Es ist ein idealer Ort für zwei, es gibt jedoch einen Schlafplatz im Wohnzimmer, um zwei kleine unterzubringen. Unser Apartment befindet sich 12 Minuten von Petoskeys Gaslichtviertel, dem Ski- / Wasserpark Boyne Mountain oder dem beliebten Bauernmarkt von Boyne City entfernt.

Unser Mietobjekt befindet sich in einem attraktiven Wohnhaus im Ranchstil. Es gibt eine Vor-Ort-Waschküche im zentralen Flur des Apartments.
Wir bieten ein Queensize-Bett, einen Schreibtisch und eine Kommode. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Esstisch für vier Personen. Das Wohnzimmer hat Kabel T. V. und WiFi.

Loved the Cozy Nest!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean and just as described. It's a great location that allowed us to take day trips to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne City, Boyne Mountain Resort, etc. and have a comfy place to relax at the end of the day. We would absolutely recommend this place and will stay again in the future.

Great location. Walking distance to downtown Waloon. Heather upgraded us to a unit with a/c . It was a 90 degree plus weekend and the unit we had initally didnt have air. Really I didnt even think to look for air, I just assummed all homes would have it. Next time I will be more careful. Nice of Healther to upgrade us for free.

Two night stay on road trip up North

The apartment had everything we needed! It is very nicely furnished and very clean! Location was great! Met in Boyne City for dinner with relatives and had a wonderful day at Mackinac Island the next day. We were in Apartment 9 which is in the back side of the units. It would have been helpful to know there was a back side in the instructions. It took us a bit to figure that out.

Great getaway

Our stay was relaxing as it is in a very quite area and we’re able to enjoy sitting on the deck. The only recommendation is new deck chairs as the blue paint comes off on your clothes. Would definitely come back.

Work Trip

I traveled alone as I was staying in town for work. I got a heck of a deal here. This was the cleanest place I'd ever stayed. I have worked out of town for 12 or 13 years. I've seen and dealt with a lot of great folks. (Poor ones as well). This was the best experience I have had to memory. The host was quick to reply to text messages. The place was absolutely spotless. Had towels, cleaning supplies, great appliances, no smoke smells or odors (smelled clean if anything), private access with key code and parking right out the front door. This place could not be beat. I would add "for the price" which- it was. But I don't want to infer that at a budget, this was a good place to stay. On ANY budget, this place was clean and immaculate and private. I had a great stay and will definitely choose this place for lodging if I'm ever back in that neck of the woods.

Great weekend

The location is great. We walked to a restaurant and grocery store. We spent a day skiing at Nubs Nob. We had a great time. The price is comparable to a hotel, but you get more room and a kitchen. We will definitely use the place again.

The apartment was pretty easy to get to and in a decent enough location. The apartment itself was very cozy and the furniture was comfortable. I was thrown off by all of the religious decoration that covered the home, but to each their own.

Getting to know people & reading are my favorite hobbies. My husband and I really enjoy Northern Michigan and it’s wonderful walking trails in the summer( a.k.a. snowshoeing trails in the winter). We have five children that love to swim, ski and keep us hopping. Our favorite restaurant is The Barrel Back found in Walloon Lake Village (just three minutes from the rental). It sits above the lake so you can watch the boats or snowmobilers come in depending on the season. I enjoy hosting the rental and hope that guests will find everything they need at the apartment and have a pleasant stay.-Heather

Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

Local activites are downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating (when it’s cold enough in the village by the Barrel Back restaurant), boating (rentals are available in the village), golf, mountain biking, hiking, and biking trails are within a ten minute drive. ​​​If you like upscale restaurants The Barrel Back restaurant/boats is a memorable experience. It sits above a marina in the Village of Walloon & it’s a fun place to watch the boats.
