Suite 309 ist eine Suite im dritten Stock mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den See Charlevoix vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Die Küche ist komplett mit Geschirr und Utensilien für Mahlzeiten in der Suite ausgestattet. Diese Küchenzeile bietet zwei Barhocker für zusätzliche Sitzplätze und einen Esstisch für zwei Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen Gaskamin und einen Flachbild-TV. Die Glas-Schiebe-Tür öffnet sich zu einem privaten Balkon mit unserem Privatstrand mit Blick auf. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein aktualisiertes Badezimmer mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Flachbild-TV.

Nice but musty

The property was clean and in good shape, but slightly dated. There was a musty smell on the main floor like the carpet had been wet and never properly dried. My gorlfriend and I both have mold allergies and they flared up during our time in the condo. We would both feel relief when we left the room and are slowly feeling better now that we have been out of the condo for 24 hours.

Great stay in the winter

This allowed my family to spread out while I was away working. the only issue I had was the upstairs tv/cable only worked the first night, and no matter what we tried to do to fix this it didn't work. It would have been nice if the balcony was shoveled off so I could step out and get better pictures of the view but that was less of an issue.

A Great Stay

Reviewer Comments: We had a few minor issues:-The website photos show a table and chairs on the balcony but there were none, which makes the balcony less useful. Luckily, there were a couple of collapsible chairs in the closet that we were able to use.-The TV in the bedroom is hilariously tiny. But we weren't really there to watch TV.-It would be nice if the balcony door had a screen so it could be left open without worrying about bugs. Otherwise, the place was exactly as advertised, immaculately clean, with amazing views and a delightful private beach, additional public waterfront just a few steps away, and within very short walking distance to many restaurants and other shops. The sunsets and wildlife viewing were incredible. We would love to stay here again.
