SLEEPS - 10 people total in 5 king beds. The property includes 4 suites (Suites 3, 4, 5 & 6), which each have their own king bed, and a separate additional bedroom, which can be entered from either Suite 3 or 4, that also has a king bed.
BATHS - 4 full bathrooms (one in each suite) that all feature large walk-in showers
KITCHEN - Suites 3, 5, and 6 all have kitchenettes (with Keurigs, small refrigerators, and microwaves), while Suite 4 has a full kitchen (full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and Keurig)
BREAKFAST - No breakfast but coffee and teas are provided
AMENITIES - 65" Smart TVs in each suite*, WiFi, indoor gas fireplaces in Suites 4 and 5, indoor electric fireplace in Suite 3, all suites have private courtyards with a hot tub, suites 4 and 5 have outdoor gas fireplaces (Suite 4's fireplace is not currently working) and outdoor seating, common/shared onsite gym with elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights, all suites are walking distance to shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries & museums

*Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their own accounts.

Suite 4's outdoor fireplace is not currently working.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
