Located on the Sierra Star Golf course! This is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in one of Mammoth’s newest developments with amenities such as underground parking and jacuzzi. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV/DVD and gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a California King bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen and flat screen TV. Enjoy golf course views from the living room and private balcony. This unit also offers a washer/dryer, secure heated underground garage parking (garage clearance is 7' 6") and has WiFi internet access. The complex is located less than a block from the green line shuttle stop and has a community Jacuzzi. The unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great for golf or Sam's Woods bluesapalooza

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great place for the Bluesapalooza - short 10 minute walk. It would also be a great place for golfing at Sierra Star. However, if you're coming for the ambiance of the mountains in the summer, the condo falls short. Noise from the golf course starts with mowers early in the morning, and traffic noise from Meridian is constant. Also, windows in the main room face southeast and the condo is quite dark. Front door lock issue mentioned in previous reviews has not been addressed.

I do believe this should have been disclosed to me before check-in. This is why I do not give this 5 stars.

Nice Condo on the outskirts of town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five of us stayed here for 3 nights in July. The condo was spacious, had a great kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it was great. The only real issue, is that it was very warm because there is no air conditioning at the property. I called the property manager and he immediately brought over 2 large fans, which were very helpful. He explained that none of the buildings in town have a/c since it wasn't needed until the last year or two.

Big Mt Family Fun

The property is nicely furnished and met all of our basic needs like WiFi access, cable and a washer and dryer setup. Bathrooms and closets are good size and the rooms were clean. The location is central and a short drive or shuttle ride from anywhere you wanted to go. Now for the down side, my wife found cobwebs in the living room and dining room and not just in the corners they were hanging in the middle of the room. Some of the lights were out in a few fixtures. The carpet may need replacing. The beds are too small and could use a good mattress topper. It’s a 50 yard walk and an elevator ride to the dumpster.

Unfortunately looks are not everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Master bedroom mattress was so bad! Felt like sleeping in a hole. The secondary bedroom was no better either. Additionally, we almost had to call the management office as the front door lock is so tight and/or misaligned we had to struggle to open it. Lastly, and I wish I could upload a picture for the reader, the kitchen plates were dangerously old. One had a large crack across it, and there were only one setting so we had to use it that way. We frequently use Mammoth Reservations, yet this was our most dissatisfying stay.

No proper heating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the radiators in master bedroom , master bathroom , living and dining area were not working and the maintenance team couldn’t fix them. On arrival fireplace was not on therefore all these areas were cold . We were given electrical heaters and on second day a humidifier . Not happy with price of 500 dollars a night wife a rental without proper heating in a very cold winter day. By the time we check out the place was warm but for a two nights stay. And I had to spend my fay on the slopes having to call and write emails about this day. It was very stressful specially because I requested the heating to be on. I asked management for a compensation but have not heard back from them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo itself was great! Lovely unit and very clean. U have to drive to lifts.The problem was the agency. They cancelled our other condo at 5:15pm the day of arrival and said there wasn’t another unit for us. That wasn’t true as I looked at their website and there was plenty of availability. The units avail were more expensive and they didn’t want to provide any of those. I had to speak to a manager and they still charged us the cost difference of a different unit. Would not recommend this agency.

Nice place but doesn’t exactly sleep 6

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is nice and has updated kitchen and baths. The bedroom with the king size bed and attached bath is disproportionately nicer and more comfortable than the smaller bedroom with low to ground “queen” bed. The sleeper sofa was unusable - broken springs and generally poor quality - not even suitable for children. We were glad to have brought an air mattress. Also hard to say a place sleeps 6 when you don’t provide pillows and blankets for that many people - no extras in any of the closets. Had to take pillows off the beds for those sleeping on air mattress or couch (not sofa bed). Door lock on front door was also challenging - installed backwards so you turn key in opposite direction as normal. Maybe partly cold weather but took several minutes to get it locked and unlocked.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo,however it falls short in a few areas. First of all, if you plan to go there during a storm, watch out. The condo's plow service company is very slow to plow pathways and driveway that leads to garage. I go up to Mammoth during active weather a lot and this particular community is the worst, we got out of the elevator and had to drag our stuff through 2 feet of snow, not pleasant when you have kids and a bunch of stuff. Mammoth has been getting crushed with snow and I know it's challenging but this place needs better plow services. Driveway wasn't plowed for 2 days and getting into driveway was an adventure with an AWD Audi and it shouldn't have been. Also no salt and pepper in the place??? Come on... There were literally zero basic supplies that most places have. They have a fondue set, haha but nothing else. They have a washer and dryer but no detergent. Who travels with detergent? Overall great place great location but they need to do better to make it great.

BUT - the kitchen is not well equipped with cooking stuff - no cheese grater, no cutting board, the coffee maker carafe had a hole in it; no dish soap. Also the heat was not working in the master bedroom and the gas fireplace did not work. Maintenance dude fixed the heat and replaced the coffee maker - but could not fix the fireplace.

Its glory days were in the past

The property has gotten dirty and unkept - soiled and worn carpet, dirty dishes, shower heads that leak. I am sad to say I will not be staying here again.

Great place in Mammoth

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for 4 days during spring break and it was a perfect size for 2 adults and two kids. Super clean when we arrived and the underground parking was easy to use, with an elevator to get to the main level of the complex. Things that I look for in a rental were all there: enough seating for everyone to relax, a nice kitchen to make snacks, and enough beds and bathrooms to keep everyone happy.

Not a great choice in summer

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in OK condition but clearly was not showing pride of ownership. The only source of cool air was via a broken fan... even opening the windows did not cool the home down below 78-80 degrees each day. There are fans in the bedrooms but they didn't cool the rooms down. Half of the window locks were broken at any time, someone on the first level could have come into the home. This was due to the roll open type window installed-- where people were too hard/rough on the roller and broken them. Window coverings were broken. Dishes were sort of clean. The lighting in the bathroom was barely more than what a candle would create. This home was one of the only ones in the entire complex without a grill and they only had two plastic chairs outside, no table of any sort. Sitting outside to get cool was our only choice so we would have appreciated a nicer set up out there. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and have never written a bad review. This is one that I would say is fine-- but nothing to write home about.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice condo in a newer area of Mammoth. It is very close to the Eagle lodge and within walking distance of the bus/shuttle. The unit was clean and updated. Although it sleeps six it felt a little tight for that many people and the beds were a touch too firm us. We also had to go to the local store and buy blankets for the couch bed because the ones provided were not adequate for my kids. The only other thing that was somewhat annoying was that the TVs were not very easy to use. Thankfully we were not in the unit enough to care. Those of you with small children who want to watch TV may find it frustrating. However, if you have a party of four people and your focus is on activities outside of the condo this is a great unit. You can walk directly outside to the back of the building from the dining area and it overlooks the golf course. I don't think I would rent it again due to a handful of quirks that didn't work for our family.
