Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 2bed/3 bath Forest Creek townhome — a spacious, 1,290 sq ft all season retreat located in one of Mammoth’s most peaceful and convenient neighborhoods.
With two ensuite bedrooms, an open concept living room, and a private indoor spa, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location for families, couples, hikers, skiers, riders, and anyone wanting fast access to Mammoth’s best outdoor activities.
UNBEATABLE LOCATION IN THE HEART OF MAMMOTH
Eagle Lodge: 2 minutes by car, quick access to the slopes without Village crowds.
The Village at Mammoth: 3 minutes away, Restaurants, coffee, shops, gondola, nightlife — everything close but not noisy.
Sierra Star Golf Course: 7-minute walk, perfect summer convenience.
Lakes Basin: 7–10 minutes, Lake Mary, Horseshoe Lake, Twin Lakes, and endless trailheads.
Yosemite East Gate – ~45 minutes (seasonal)

This is strictly a non-smoking unit.
This recently updated (Winter 2024) stylish split-level townhome offers an easy open living area with vaulted ceilings, ensuite bedrooms, in unit spa and stylish mid-century touches.
MAIN LEVEL:
Easy access from your two designated parking spaces right out the front door, no more lugging gear around.
The hallway features a convenient bench and hooks with places to store your boots and gear. The washer and dryer are located just in the hall, outside the bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms can be accessed from the main hall. The stairs to the second level is directly off the front door.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1, the primary bedroom, can be found at the end of the hall and features a queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, lots of closet and dresser space – very private.
Bedroom #2 is an ensuite bedroom featuring a queen bed, ample closet and dresser space, and a private ensuite full bathroom.
SPACIOUS LIVING SPACE:
Access the living space at the top of the stairs welcomed by a warm pellet stove and private in unit spa!
The open concept living room features:
Vaulted ceilings and large windows/sliders with access to the in-unit spa and small 2nd floor deck with forest view.
