This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 16th fairway of Sierra Star Golf course. This mountain modern home features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile flooring, solid wood doors, trim and blinds. The gas log fireplace provides ambiance as well as warmth on cold winter days. This condo has all of its features on one level - no stairs! The master bedroom features a Queen bed with en-suite full bathroom complete with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two Twin beds and access to the second full bathroom right outside the door. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. A private washer and dryer make this feel just like home. The heated underground garage is easily accessible by elevator. AMAZING LOCATION - steps to the common area spa, directly across the street from the Sierra Star Golf Course club house. Walk to the end of the street for the free shuttle to town, the Village or Mammoth Mountain. Eagle Lodge is a 5 minute (.3 mile) ride up the street with access to the entire Mammoth ski area. Groceries, restaurants, movie theaters, shops are all within a mile. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit also offers a washer/dryer, secure heated underground garage parking (garage clearance is 7' 6") and has WiFi internet access. No pets and no smoking allowed. The complex is located less than a block from the green line shuttle stop and has a community Jacuzzi. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Love this property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, warm, comfortable, and stocked with exactly what we needed. Instructions were clear, everything worked, and the proximity to the mountain was exceptional. I had literally only one issue, which is so minor: that the lock on the locker for skis and poles does not fit very well, and we had to struggle with it each time we put our skis in or took them out. If that is the only issue you have, you are doing really well. We will definitely be back.

We came to ski for a month and appreciated the location - close to the Eagle base lodge and convenient to the town center. We loved the kitchen and the dining area and had many enjoyable meals. This year it's been cold and snowy, but the home is warm & cozy. We spent many a night in the comfortable living area; the gas fireplace was a hit with everyone! We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Needs an update and facelift!

We've stayed in many Solstice units and in particular this one years ago. As we love the units and area this unit needs re-freshing--big time! Its very dated and it really shows. Everything is clean but it was a bit more than other units and you dont get more so be price aware. Still had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is convenient, nicely decorated and spacious. The kitchen has a lot of tools for cooking. The cabin is very clean and right next to the Spa and access to skiing is great with the Eagle Lodge being a few minutes away. The only issue was the door access which needs to be improved and we had difficulty with opening the door with the keys provided. An electronic lock would have been much better.

Holiday Weekend in Mammoth

We enjoyed our weekend at Solstice. The good: the unit is in a quiet, beautiful location & was clean when we arrived & looked just as the photos described. It was full stocked with everything we needed for cooking (pots, pans, olive oil, spices, salad spinner; etc …). There was plenty of space for the three of us and our Border Collie pup. Recommended areas of improvement: only one of the two keys supplied works! It’d be nice if there was a working keypad or some sort of remote entry! The furniture could use some updating — couch and chairs were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Reviewer Comments: We requested an early check In and arrived at noon and was told it was almost ready, it wasn’t and didn’t check in unto 2 pm.I do realize check in is normally 3-4;but since I requested an early check in I expected it to be ready early.Also didn’t provide enough towels for a four day stay. I like clean towels every day.Appear goods also not enough. With what we paid you should provide more of these things.The place was dusty and didn’t feel like it was properly cleaned.

As this is a condo rental vs a hotel, clean towels are not supplied daily, I'm sorry this was not clarified in advance, it is noted in the check-in documents of what to expect. During your stay we can always assist to address the concerns reported and we do also offer a complementary linen exchange at our office location. Great Condo

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I unfortunately did not have a great experience with this unit. To start things off I specifically searched for rooms with a King bed and this unit description says King but it is actually a Queen bed. Upon arrival we found a dirty unit, the bed sheets were covered with hair, hair in the bathroom sink and in the shower. We called customer service and they do not answer the phone after 5pm so you must leave a message with the emergency line if you have an issue and wait for a call back. The maintenance guy called us back (nice guy) he said his only option was to bring us more sheets. He did and guess what, they were also covered in hair which he pointed out himself. We spent the first 4 hrs of our stay cleaning the place and washing all the sheets/pillow cases ourselves. We never got a call back from guest services to offer an apology instead we got an email saying they heard we had an issue and offered a $200 refund. I would hope they do better in the future and also change the room description to say Queen bed. We also were told the room was NOT pet friendly but after taking our shoes off we all found white dog hairs on our socks and on the couch. Lastly theres no AC and the rooms get up to 76 at night!
