We are so glad you enjoyed the property. I apologize that the cleaning did not meet our standards. I will talk to housekeeping and make sure they are aware that the cleaning was not sufficient. The owner was in the process of replacing the furniture prior to your arrival, but unexpected shipping delays prevented the new items from being available in time. Our team brought back available furniture in an effort to provide a usable setup, though we understand it did not meet expectations. The new furniture has since been installed, and we regret the timing overlapped with your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that your experience did not meet expectations. We have addressed communication with our team to ensure a better guest experience moving forward.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with the weather during your stay. Our coastal island does flood and also drains water very quickly. I am glad you were happy with the property. I wish we would have spoken, we must not have called you after your departure, which I regret. I wish some follow attempt would have been made on your part also, we try to make things work out with our guests. We strongly encourage travel insurance as a consideration too.
