Suite 315 ist eine aktualisierte dritten Stock End-Gerät mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Lake Charlevoix. Die Küche bietet einen großen Backofen, schöne High-End-Schränke und Granit. Es ist komplett mit Geschirr und Besteck bereit für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten ausgestattet. Die Küche hat zwei Barhocker für zusätzliche Sitzplätze und der Esstisch bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Schlafsofa Queen-Size, Gas-log Kamin und Flachbildschirm. Die Glas-Schiebe-Tür öffnet sich zu einem privaten Balkon mit unserem Privatstrand mit Blick auf. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem TV.

Great location with a priceless view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year staying here. We wouldn’t keep coming back if we didn’t enjoy the experience. Unit 315 is nice because it is an end unit. This unit needs some upgrades like carpet and the bathroom fixtures. The bulbs in all the fixtures and lamps are not very bright. Replacing all with LED bulbs would be a great upgrade and would lower the electric bill. The staff in the office are great (very helpful)

Love The Waterstreet Inn but this unit badly needs uodating

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I stay at The Water Street Inn every summer but had never stayed in this particular unit before. It was the only third floor unit available when we made our reservation so we took a chance and sadly, found it needed updating badly. The carpets were very stained, the decor was outdated and the furniture was old, worn, and stained in places as well. A kitchen rug of some kind is needed too. The unit itself was very clean though which we greatly appreciated. BUT the sunsets are gorgeous, Boyne City is completely charming and we will simply stay in a different unit next year when we visit! (Unit 312 is our favorite!).
