Dear Bob and Susie, We are very sorry your experience with us did not meet your needs or expectations. Unfortunately, the property you originally booked was no longer available to rent. Therefore, we offered you an alternative accommodation option, or the chance to get a full refund for you to look at an alternative yourself. We did mention, that unlike the previous property, as guests you would only be able to use the community pools and restaurants but not the waterpark, tennis court or golf course. We take the cleanliness front very seriously, and apologize if we did not deliver in this aspect. As we agreed, the cleaning fee was refunded as it was never our intention to inconvenience you in any way. We hope that despite, the encountered issues, you were able to enjoy. Our pool heating system requires up to 24 hours to reach a comfortable temperature due to its energy efficiency. We'll work on better communication regarding this. Regarding travel times to theme parks, unfortunately, traffic conditions are beyond our control.
