Living room has a large 4k Samsung smart TV with a Nintendo Switch console, board games, poker set, and popular local books. Living room furniture is BRAND NEW. All bedrooms are furnished with new freshly cleaned sheets and towels, new mattresses and comforters, and smart TVs in every room. Updated and renovated kitchen with granite countertops, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, kids pool, workout facility, walking/jogging track, quick quarter mile walk to the beautiful beach! Coco's on the Beach located at end of boardwalk on this private beach has great drinks and food, bathrooms available. No pets allowed per resort rules. Complimentary shuttle too! Great rental!

We enjoyed our stay. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool outside our door very nice indoor setup. The condo was clean and big enough for our family of 6. The path to the beach was nice I would have just liked it to be a closer walk. Other than the beach being a long walk everything was great.

The property itself was fantastic to stay at...indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, bar, small restaurant, bike rentals, boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, had beach chairs, beach wagon, chairs on the patio, beds and pillows were comfortable, ample parking, close to stores and public beach as well. I would recommend this place and will stay here again. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Nicolas (owner) was very responsive and helpful.

Great stay and location

Great location, only reason it didnt get perfect marks are due to the noise levels from the indoor pool and neighbors above. Definitely not in the owners control but took our experience down.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and cozy. It is a great location for kids. Our son really enjoyed the video games. There is an indoor pool just outside the condo. The boardwalk to the beach is just a short walk from the condo and there is a golf cart shuttle to the beach as well across the boardwalk.

Great location

Good place to stay especially if you have little ones with the indoor pool. Although it can be noisy with the pool being right there, we used noise-canceling headphones to sleep. The host was very responsive and addressed our needs quickly.

Relaxing get away

My best friend and I spent a few days on Hilton Head to celebrate my birthday. The condo was easy to access and had adequate parking. The condo was very comfortable for our short stay. Always appreciate Smart TVs so we can watch our own apps in the evening.

First time to the area.

This property was perfectly suited for what we were looking for. We were looking for a place large enough for two adults and two almost adult children. This place was the size, price and location we were looking for. It is clean, quiet and good location to the beach.

This BEAUTIFUL property is located at one of my favorite spots in Hilton Head. Only a short walk from the beach, this property provides the best HH beach experience without breaking the bank. The Hilton Head resort itself has indoor/outdoor pool areas, tennis courts, and workout facilities. This property has a relaxing private outdoor porch with a view of one of the many lagoons and the sound of its fountain. When you want to head to the beach, there is a short ~0.25 mile walk to the beach across the beautiful boardwalk. During the summer the resort also offers free golf cart rides across the boardwalk as well, if you don't care to walk. Right at the end of the boardwalk is an amazing local restaurant/bar "Coco's on the Beach", bathrooms, and a volleyball court. Then the recently updated beach follows close after. The beach has been recently dredged to bring up new sand to make the experience that much better.
