This Fripp Villa is located in the heart of Fripp Island just a few steps away to the Beach. If you love the morning serenity of watching the sun rise over the ocean, while sitting on the deck and sipping on your favorite coffee, then this is where you want to be. Fripp has Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Boating, Fishing, Crabbing, Nature Site Seeing, Childrens events etc... all for those who enjoy being active.

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp Resort's many amenities or who just want to enjoy the direct access to the beach. Features include 1 Master Bedroom with an Oceanfront Balcony and 1 spacious Loft Bedroom both with stunning oceanfront views. You will also enjoy a spacious Oceanfront Deck where you can gather to appreciate the sounds of the ocean waves. Three of the bedrooms come with their own private full bathroom. This 1537 sf Oceanfront Villa accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Please take notice that the front entrance has a video doorbell to provide security to the premises and safety for the travelers.

Some of the many Resort Amenities includes 6 Pools, an Adult Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Fitness Center, Golf Courses, etc... All of the amenities require Resort Guest Cards which are available to purchase for guests 13 and over.

The Fripp Island Resort is an independent company that charges a resort fee to use their facilities. The Resort fee is 12.8% of the base rental, plus a $35 to $50 fee per Amenity Guest Cards per person (13 years of age or older). The Guest cards are optional and will be charged ONLY to those renters who wish to access the Resort's amenities.
There are many places off the island that will keep you busy throughout your entire stay including dining at a variety of fine restaurants on and off the coastline. Please visit BEAUFORTSC.ORG for a list of activities and restaurants Beaufort has to offer. It is a great alternative for those who prefer to explore off the island.

Perfect for our family of 5!

Beautiful beach view! And it was such an easy walk to the access walkway and down to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms seemed to have been recently updated. We would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Fun on Fripp

This property meet all of our expectations and then some. The villa is oceanfront and in the middle of all the fun. Super convenient to the beach, pool, food court and adult pool. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our week with family and friends who were in neighboring condos. Richard, the property owner, was super helpful and attentive. We will be back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. :-)

Labor Day!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this property! Perfect for our family and a gorgeous view. We are already contemplating if we need to go ahead and book this again! Richard has been great to work with! The condo was clean and the kids had plenty of space to still be kids, especially just by opening the back door and walking down the board to the beach.

Best location on the Island

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty of living space as well as eating areas. There were 2 balconies with wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses and cooking utensils. The washer drier were full size which made laundry really easy Richard was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely be back to this condo.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our first time visiting Fripp, and we were blown away by the island's beauty! This condo was in the perfect location, centrally located to the food court, guest services and one of the resort's pools. We were steps from the beach, and we had deer visit daily. The view from the condo's back deck was mesmerizing. No matter what we needed, Richard was incredibly easy to reach. He was extremely accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a low key, relaxing vacation to a beautiful island filled with natural beauty!

Great location!

Without a doubt one of the best condo locations on the island! It was so nice to sit on back porch and watch the ocean. Morning walks on the beach were amazing and the sunset from the beach or the porch were great. You definitely want to be on the 2nd floor in this complex to see the ocean. We had never been to Fripp before and we loved it!!!! We will definitely be coming again and will certianly rent from Richard again. He was helpful and available throughout our entire stay. The condo was clean and in good condition. It is just like the pictures in the listing. Highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location, a great condo for an amazing family vacation!!!!

Favorite condo so far!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed this Capt. John Fripp condo tremendously. I’ve been visiting Fripp for 39 years and the location of this condo was prefect for all the things we enjoy doing: spending the day on the beach, spending time at the adult pool, walking to dinner at the Beach Club, walking to the Fripp Ship, walking to the tennis courts. In the morning and evenings you can sit in the decks of the condo and enjoy the ocean breeze and view. The condo was large enough for us, and comfortable. It was up to date and clean. Things to know before going: the stairs to the upper king bedroom are a spiral staircase, and getting suitcases up and down it was tricky. This condo was the favorite of all the ones we’ve stayed in up to this point! We’ll be back to this lovely place.

Beautiful, but rodent problem

The home is lovely with exquisite view. Wednesday night spotted rat in the kitchen and it ran behind refrigerator. Notified rep. Spotted again Thursday night and ran behind refrigerator. Notified rep. Said contacted mgmt and told would look into it, but no resolution a week after visit. Very uncomfortable living in a home with a rat.

Let us preface this response by saying that we have never had a complaint of rat activity of any type since we began managing this unit in March 2020. We always give the travelers the benefit of the doubt and immediately took action. The rep was notified at 10pm Wednesday and we immediately dispatched the exterminator that morning when our office opened. There was no one home to open the door, so the exterminator was only able to set traps on the perimeter of the building. The traveler texted the rep again at 10pm Thursday night and the rep immediately reached out to them Friday morning. This time, one day before checkout, they expressed how distressed and unsafe they felt and how a refund was warranted. The rep offered to relocate them, and they declined. Traps were set inside the unit that Saturday morning along with the traps that were previously set around the building. The exterminator reported back that there were no signs of rat activity and that they would return the following Saturday to check the traps again. Eleven days later there were no traps sprung and still no evidence of rat activity. We are doing everything we can to make sure that this does not become a problem.
