Dieses fantastische Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich auf einer Etage. Mit einem geräumigen offenen Grundriss und leichtem Durchfluss verfügt es über eine gut ausgestattete große Küche für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse. Es gibt drei Essbereiche, zwei große Esstische und 4 Barhocker an der Frühstücksbar in der Küche.
Nach einem sonnigen Tag am Strand kommen Sie zurück und genießen Sie unser geräumiges Deck und die abgeschirmte Veranda. Entspannen Sie sich bei einem Getränk Ihrer Wahl und hören Sie Ihre Lieblingsmusik über das Bluetooth-System. Während Sie auf unserem neuen Kitchen Aid-Gasgrill kochen, gibt es einen großen Kühler, den Sie mit Ihren Lieblingsgetränken füllen können.
Der große Raum, der sich zum Deck hin öffnet, verfügt über einen 65-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Fernseher. Der Schlafraum verfügt über 3 Etagenbetten mit Einzelmatratzen und Stühle in Kindergröße, auf denen Sie fernsehen oder Videospiele spielen können. Es gibt eine große Veranda mit Schaukelstühlen für Ihren Genuss. Nimm ein Buch und entspann dich.

Ausstattungskarten sind nicht im Mietpreis enthalten. Sie können diese Karten für 50 USD pro Person für Personen ab 13 Jahren während der Saison vom Memorial Day bis zum Labor Day erwerben. Nach dem Labor Day bis zum Memorial Day kosten sie 35 USD für einen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten und 25 USD für einen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten.

Thank you so much for accommodating us. The house was beautiful clean, wonderfully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable and the two golf carts were great. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and we played the fun games in the garage. We hope to be back again.

House was very nice! The kitchen is stocked well. They added an additional freezer and refrigerator to the basement that was very helpful. We had an issue with one of the golf carts and Sam communicated with us to get it fixed and received a loaner during our stay. Wonderful stay!

Just what we needed

What a great house. Open space, great porches and lots of extras. We loved the deer in the yard, the more then fully stocked kitchen and two golf carts. The game room with a second full fridge and freezer was perfect. Can’t wait to stay there next year with our family.

The house where we stayed was wonderful and very clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Our grandchildren love the recreation room downstairs. The adults enjoyed it also. We are looking forward to going back to the same house this summer.

The Wear-House

Really enjoyed our second stay at "The Wear-House". Good location, excellent kitchen, game room downstairs, outdoor grill, and the golf carts. Very nice additions since our last stay, were the extra refrigerator and freezer units downstairs. Also the two fans added in the play room were great on the hot days. Have already booked for next year.

We really enjoyed the home. It had everything for all ages and everything was in great working order. We kept having to go back and forth on who was going and Sam was very patient with us. You will not go wrong renting this home. The area under the house is larger than it looks in the pictures.

Great stay.

The house was immaculate and better than advertised. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which made for a spectacular family weekend cooking and catching up. The golf carts were a great bonus and wonderful way to tour the island.The game room was a blast. Sam was was extremely responsive and super helpful with all our minor questions. Fantastic house, great service. 5+++ stars!

Excellent!

Very clean, very well appointed rental property that completely fit my family's needs, which at one point included 8 people. Everything updated and modern. Two golf carts are key to not forcing me to spend extra money with additional rentals. We are planning on booking this property again next year.

I lived on Fripp Island for twenty years and a property manager for eight years. I want people to experience the beauty and tranquility of the island. I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents. The joy that Fripp Island brings to our families is very satisfying. They don't want to leave.

This large house is on Remora Dr. Which is a quiet area of the island yet just a short golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. This unique house has the eleventh hole fairway in it back of the house. The house sits back on the property far enough and still enjoy the front porch and watch what is going on out front.

This house is fantastic with 2,900 sq. feet of living space. The openness of the floor plan makes it very comfortable for all to enjoy. The owner of this house has made it stand out from all of the other properties. The game room has many games for adult competition and also for the children. There is a large screen porch for dining and relaxing. Also in the backyard is an area that has a fire pit and a covered seating area to get away from the main stream of the house. The kitchen is to die for with all of your cooking needs. There is an elevator in the house for those that may have a difficult time going up and down steps. Once you get to the main floor you won't have to leave. Everything is there on that floor. It has what what we call the bunk room that can sleep 12 people. There are three full size bunks with standard size mattresses.
