WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST @ 1203 sq. ft.....
SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and Josephine’s for Breakfast and Lunch or Whataburger for a quick bite. Beautiful decorated beach theme condo, gets you in the mood to “Get Your Beach On” and feel at home. Condo is well organized, clean and great space to come home to after a day at the beach or pool. Full access to the entire condo, you will have it all to yourself Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need local advice for dining or attractions. The commerce of the island is approximately 5 miles long and 1/2 mile wide. There is FREE bus service on the island called the Island Metro. Bus stops are conveniently located. Go this this website to see bus in real time and download app if you want. (URL HIDDEN) Plenty of scooters and golf carts to be rented if you like taking you time touring around. You can even take Segway tours. Plus it doesn't take much walking to get to many places. You can bike, walk or ride the SPI Island Metro bus that’s totally free. The Island is small and easy to navigate.

One of the Best on the island

We had a great stay. The property was clean and well maintained. It was generously sized for our stay, and well appointed. The addition of beach gear like umbrellas, chairs, and beach wagon were thoughtful and appreciated. The condo is maybe a block to a block and a half from the beach, and an easy walk. Also close to several restaurants and shops. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Great Stay

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Weather was cold, so we were stuck indoors for chunks of time. There was more than enough room to keep our teens "happy". Full kitchen and washer/dryer stack was great to have. We will be back!

Had a great time!!!

The condo was beautiful, and clean, and it was perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration. The condo was stocked with cooking pots,pans, and everything else which made you feel like being at home. The location of the unit was very centralized. The only two downsides to the unit were our inability to enjoy the beautiful patio ( we were on the 1st floor and there was a weird lock on the patio) or at night we couldn’t unwind and watch a movie on the t.v’s due to a parental child lock code on the tv. I tried to contact the owner about these issues but never heard from him. Other than these two issues, the condo was great and definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

My sister and I went for the week. Great place to stay....will definitely book this place again in the future. Very close to beach and had our own parking space. You will not be disappointed booking this spot.

Perfect spot!

This property is just so cute. It was perfect for the amount of people we had in our party. The condo was clean and inviting and lived up to the photos online. When they say that it is close to the beach, they are NOT kidding. Super fast walk to and from. The property manager is extremely friendly and communicates readily but everything was ready and we had no need to reach out which in this case is a great thing. The condo had everything we needed which was just fantastic. And I have to say that it was of great convenience and a relief that they utilize a keyless entry pad for the door, as we didn't make it into town until nearly 11pm that Friday night due to schedules and where we were traveling from. The beds were so comfy too. I would recommend this place to anyone and would have no issues staying here again. We celebrated my birthday the weekend we stayed, and it couldn't have been more perfect!!!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your lovely condo. 😁😁😁😁

Absolute Gem

Pretty simple, book this property, you will NOT be disappointed. Plenty of room, beds are very comfortable, plenty of seating for everyone, great wifi, relaxing patio, very short walk to the beach, a shorter walk to Padre Island Brewery, your very own parking spot, pool access just feet away. This will be our go to spot for future vacations. Also a personal thank you to the owner Denny, who worked with us on dates since a small storm came through (Hurricane Hanna) and tried to ruin our vacation plans.
