Very clean, very close to the beach. Its an older condo but very cozy . We thought the fridge wasn't working so we called and they send the maintenance guy to check it out the problem was that we didn't give it a chance to cool. So everything was good. I lived that they send someone out on a Sunday. And they were even going to reimburse if anything got spoiled . Will definitely rent again.

Great location but still private!!

This house was perfect for our family trip. Enough beds/bedrooms for everyone to have their own space along with a great location. Very quick walk to the beach was a definite plus.

Family Time

We enjoyed our time here. It was perfect for our family time playing cards, the quick access to the beach and the pool too. Plenty of room and like the layout. Would definitely recommend this property!

Comfortable Stay

We had a good time, house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Very close to the beach. Only advice to future bookers is to be mindful that it is a shared complex, with downstairs guests too.

Great location

Great little house central and ez access to a bunch of places. Only real negative was plumbing issues, sinks wouldn’t drain in kitchen disposal side and master bathroom and toilets had trouble flushing.

Graduation Celebration

We came to SPI to celebrate our oldest sons college graduation. Very comfortable accommodations with all conveniences. Nice rooms and comfortable beds, and kitchen full of supplies so made it easy to settle in. So close to the beach it was super convenient to just walk across the street. We are family of 4 so plenty of space for all of us! Will be back for sure!

South Padre Perfect Find!

Absolutely GREAT LOCATION!! we rented upstairs house. Just a few outside bugs that managed to make it inside - any concerns were immediately addressed. Will definitely rent again !!! Rooms were great, perfect size for 4 adults and two small children!! Beautiful back yard , great pool that the kids loved!!! Outside shower for rinsing off from the beach and great working washer and dryer! Both upstairs and downstairs had their own. LOVED OUR STAY!!!!! Cant wait to come back!

Lazy Seagull Beach House

This beach get away was beyond my expectations. The home was well equipped with everything. The home also had a calming feeling, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook; it had great pans for cooking and kitchen ware. Bathroom had towels, toilet paper, shampoo and hair conditioner samples for one night. The three beds were extremely comfortable; I compare the the mattresses to any five star hotel. Over all, roomy, nicely furnished, modern, clean and walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend this beach house! I look forward to going next year.

Do NOT be catfished with the photos

The most disappointing stay I’ve ever had with VRBO. The host was MIA, no communication. Missing kitchen items, dirty exterior with trash, dirty pool, outdoor chairs, rusted out non working dryer, this is a party house and no pride exists in delivering a quality stay. Broken furniture and decor. If you’re looking for an upgraded property, this is not it. Stay away from this home. Not worth the price AND fees, especially.
