Enter a bright and open main living space with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture and a flat screen smart TV with cable. The dining area has a large table with plenty of seating. The slider in the main living area leads to the lovely farmer's porch--a wonderful spot for your morning coffee, conversation and evening cocktails. The kitchen has stainless appliances and beautiful Vermont slate counter tops. A separate space leading to the first floor bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer and a coffee bar with a Keurig. The first floor bathroom has a shower only.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The roomy master bedroom has a king bed and a daybed with trundle (two twins). The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The second floor bathroom with tub/shower, has two doors--one to the hallway and the other to the master bedroom.

This lovely home has hardwood floors throughout, brand new furniture, ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom, and one ductless split unit air conditioner in the staircase landing (between the first and second floors).

Relax out on the screened-in farmer's porch--perfect for lounging, reading and more. There is a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. The property has beautifully maintained landscaping and plantings.

On Wellfleet's bayside, it is a short drive (or bike ride) to the center of town--without having to access Route 6. Only 1.2 mi to the popular Wellfleet Public Library (3 minutes by car, 7 minutes by bike, or 1.4 mi to the center of town for amazing restaurants, shops and galleries. Only two miles to Mayo Beach and the town pier beyond. Short drive to Wellfleet's famous freshwater ponds and ocean beaches on the town's oceanside, live entertainment at WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater), biking and walking along the Cape Cod Rail Trail, golf and tennis and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites. Only a 20-minute drive to Provincetown for more great restaurants, shops and galleries, live entertainment, night clubs, whale watches and other fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
