Many Missing/Broken Amenities and Ants!
This is the first time I've ever written a negative review for anything, but there were too many issues to overlook. We stayed three nights, and I would've given the first 2 nights 1 star and the last night 3 stars.
We booked this for the heated indoor pool, as I would expect most people do. When we checked in the owner was attempting to fix the pool heater but was unable to do so. The water was freezing and the building is only heated by space heaters, so we didn't even get to enjoy the pool the first 2 days. Luckily they came and replaced the heater in the late afternoon of the second day, but it wasn't warm until the morning of day 3. So we did get to have one day of fun in the pool after that.
The oven in the house was also broken, along with the indoor grill by the pool, and outdoor gas grill. We brought a bunch of food we had planned on cooking, but were forced to order food the first night with no way of cooking it. The next morning the owner brought over an air fryer that we could at least use to cook some of our food. Also, the TVs that are pictured by the pool, which were a selling point for us, are no longer there. Those advertised pictures are very misleading. Also, most of the remotes didn't have batteries.
The last issue was the cleanliness of the home and the ant problem. The floors had crumbs on them when we arrived which probably causes the ant problem. Many of the sheets had stains, and there were no extra blankets or pillows.
We would NOT stay here again.
