Great house! Good for kids and adults. All jet tubs worked great! Hot tub was clean and great. Yard and decks were good for our toddler to run around. Only minor issue was the all the knives were super dull, my husband tried to sharpen them and it just didn’t work. Also the kitchen had labels for all items, however sometimes those items were not there ( foil, Saran Wrap). It wasn’t a big deal but we needed those things after cooking. Overall nice quiet neighborhood and definitely enjoyed our time.

Great house for families

We really enjoyed our stay. House fit our group perfectly - kids all really enjoyed the loft area. Super easy to access house off Pioneer Trail and check in process was really smooth as well. Highly recommend!

Spacious House in Scenic Neighborhood

big house with lots of room. Neighborhood is scenic and quiet. Nice to be on the deck hot tubbing, grilling out or just hanging with friends.

Fun place to stay

We do a friends trip every year and this was up there. Loft area was a lot of fun, shuffleboard, NBA Jams and foosball, even had horseshoes in the backyard too. Saw a bear just outside day 1, he was just passing through, but very exciting. The master bedroom is huge. Living room and kitchen/dining rooms are plenty big for a large group. Definitely recommend.

Pros-We loved our time at this vacation home. It was a great size for our family (8 adults). The table was great for family dinners, large kitchen was awesome and the game area in lift was fun. It has plenty of parking (we had 4 cars). It is about 15 minutes from Heavenly Village, and the Camp Richardson area with lots of family beaches. Communication with host was good. The washer went out when we tried to use it and they were prompt in replacing it. There are a few areas or things that could use attention. Couch is large and comfy, which is great but it does not connect any longer. If sitting at the far end, it is hard to see the TV due to angle. Toaster works but burns toast instantly even on low setting, could use a new one ( they do have a toaster oven however that works a little bit better). Could get a large pot (12 quart) for cooking with large families. Master shower only had overhead rain shower head (side heads did not work) and master bed very squeaky if any movement is made. Screens on windows/screen doors need some repair, garage door seems to be off alignment (in order to close it, you need to lift and pull). None of these are game changers when it came to our overall experience at the home and we would love to visit again. These are just areas that could use some attention. Overall it was a 10/10 for us. Check-in process was super easy. Tons of amenities. We’re the type of family that likes to cook at home so when we saw what was supplied, we realized we didn’t need to bring half the stuff we brought. Very close to downtown. Very cool house for summertime. Tons of space. House was very clean when we checked in. Extra supplies, blankets towels, pillows, etc.. not a dealbreaker however, the shower head in the master bedroom sucks. Overall 10/10! Our family enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back.

This would have been a five-star stay if not for a handful of maintenance and quality issues.The space itself was excellent. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room, and the house is attractive, spacious, and well laid out. Overall, it’s a great property with a lot going for it.There were a few letdowns that felt out of step with the listing. The dining room chairs shown in the photos were not present; instead, the table was furnished with smaller, inexpensive metal chairs.In the kitchen, the bottom rack of the dishwasher was damaged and missing wheels, causing it to fall off the track. The primary (upper) oven did not work, and the lower oven took an unusually long time to preheat. None of the kitchen knives were sharp enough to use safely.The primary shower has multiple shower heads and could have been a standout feature, but only the rain shower was operational, and it had very low water pressure, making rinsing difficult.We experienced two snowfalls during our stay. While neighboring driveways were cleared promptly, this driveway was plowed only once, two days after the first snowfall, and snow and ice were left behind. Our vehicle did not fit in the garage, and the icy, slightly sloped driveway made parking and walking more challenging than necessary.With better maintenance, accurate listing photos, and improved winter upkeep, this would easily be a five-star rental.

Everything was clean and kitchen items were mostly higher quality or new. Check in process and the requirements to check out were easy and the overall experience with the property made it a good place for our family to relax, reconnect and have fun. Be warned, bears were present in the neighborhood! Do not leave food in your car.

Annual Thanksgiving trip

Beautiful home. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds are very comfy. I would suggest bringing extra blankets and pillow cases for additional pillows. I always bring my own large pots and pans, good thing I did, They only have small ones. Although if you're not cooking big meals then it's OK. But I would definitely return. Great location.

Awesome house

We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect for 9 of us. The kids enjoyed the yard and the game room. We didn't have major issues except for the tub being a little dirty but the property manager sent someone and it was taken care of right away. It also gets pretty hot around summer it would of been awesome to have A.C but at least they had fans for each room. The beds were not as comfy could use an upgrade Everything else was great!

Wonderful home, a few miss takes

First off I need to say I think the home looks better in person than photos which is not normal for vacation rentals. Loved the house! We had 3 kids with us and they all loved it, whether it be fooseball, hot tub, or the yard. It was a good time for all. They now have a can opener! Which in prior reviews was noted more than once. still don’t have a decent spatula for flipping pancakes or making eggs. Thank goodness we packed a few essentials based off the past reviews just incase. We found only one extra blanket in a closet and the pillows were mostly flat and their was like one extra for each room. It would be nice to have a few extra blankets or throws for the upstairs living room, the masters shower head is not the best, and it seems they have disabled the extra wall shower heads and the hand shower wand has been removed, the tub though amazing. Never tried the jets so can’t report on that. The house was slightly farther than I would like but still 8 minute drive to Safeway, 15 minutes to stateline casinos, and 20 minutes to round hill pine beach. Overall would definitely stay again, Also when we arrived the house was spotless, major kudos to the cleaning team and management

Tahoe Getaway

We were really excited to continue our annual Tahoe trip this year and glad we were able to get a place. This house was just okay though. For the price I was expecting better quality and more things inside the house. Kitchen is stocked with random plates and bowls but not enough for large groups. Pots and pans are all scratched. No spatula for breakfast. I liked that they labeled the drawers but the drawers had sparse stock. Also for the price you pay your expect there to be enough dishwasher pods, but we had to buy more, more paper towels, and more trash bags. The home has potential but it looks like they did the bare minimum to get the house on vrbo. Master bathroom toilet kept running, internet speed was very very slow. The game room upstairs was a lot of fun for the kids but there were no board games or anything for people to play. This place has potential but if you’re just looking for a basic place to sleep to go skiing then this place would work for you. Location was also great, although the neighbors are pretty loud early in the morning each day. Also there was no manual for the house which is common for vrbo or Airbnb’s.

Suggestions, not critisims: This is a beautiful home that met and exceeded our expectations in many ways. I had read in a previous review that there was not a can opener, there is still no can opener. This needs to be provided. Master bedroom shower - the hand held shower head sprays all over the place, we had to be very careful not to soak the entire bathroom with it. You cannot put it in the holder, had to hold it between our legs. One of the dining room table chairs is about to break like the one in the garage and the chairs are very cumbersome. You could get twice as many chairs if these current ones were done away with. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels were available for 10 people. It would be nice to have more adult dinner plates. We had 6 adults and 4 children 7, 6, 5, and 4.

We all had a great stay. Kitchen had everything but a can opener but we had one. Overall was a great experience. The master bathtub was used once and seemed to have a leak that dripped in garage. Did not use t after that time. My guess is that it’s coming from a jet hose. Other than that we thank you for a great stay
