You'll quickly notice upon entering that the owner has thought of every detail having sought the services of a professional interior designer. A two-tone stacked stone fireplace, Edison bulb light fixtures, and stone backsplash just to name a few.
The kitchen is nothing shy of gourmet with stainless chef-grade appliances and tons of counter space. The cook in the group will also be able to take in the view of the tall pines that surround the property from the oversized kitchen windows.
Search "Mancave" and a picture of the downstairs second living room may show up. This room has it all including large smart flat panel television hung above a gas fireplace, awesome large screen arcade system with all the classics surrounded by comfy seating. Step outside through the sliding glass door to find a large covered spa. Continue further into the rear yard to find lush landscaping and tall pines, plenty of room for summer games such as corn hole or bocce.
When its time to retire for the evening, you'll have 4 bedrooms to choose from including the master suite with king bed and connecting master bath that may as well belong in a spa. Three additional bedrooms with nearby full baths host an assortment of queen & twin beds to ensure everyone's comfort.
Feeling adventurous? Numerous hiking trails including a few to stunning Fallen Leaf Lake are just a few steps away and if the waters calling your name, you'll find Lake Tahoe about 10 minutes away including the ever-popular Pope Beach.
