Hi Mary: Thank you very much for your comments. We appreciate all comments whether good or bad. It helps us show where we are at and what we need to work towards. We always strive to make sure each guest and reservation has the best customer service possible. We apologize if that was not achieved that morning. It was very helpful that you had certain things ready or in place to be cleaned. However, due to liability reasons we are not able to have the cleaners go into the property to start cleaning while guests are still there. Thank you for letting us know that you mixed up the check out time. Mix ups happen and thank you for understanding why the cleaner had to charge the late check out fee. Because of the mix up, it put the cleaners behind schedule which put the next guests check in time behind schedule. We are very sorry that the yard was not usable and that you were inconvenienced by the landscaper. The landscapers are hired 3rd party and we do not have control over their schedule. Their schedule was posted in the guest directory at the property. However, we will see how we can improve notification for future guests on when the landscapers will be there. Sounds like the property was not up to our standards and we will get those things you listed, corrected and taken care of. Again, thank you for your feedback. Hi Carly! I am so sorry that you feel you were "scammed". I will certainly share your feedback with the owner about a TV in the master and the decor. Our broker has decided to send you a refund since your stay was not what you expected. She will be sending you a refund.
