Great! Great! Great!The house is as beautiful, spacious, and clean as stated, and better. The place and yard are in a good shape and there is abundance of tools, beddings, and sanitation items. Jared is an incredible host, and he and his team did a good job keeping the house and yard very clean and organized.They were generous and did not limit our stay in any way. You can use any of the furnishing and equipment as long as you are not abusing them. Jared was responsive to any questions/requests.Thank you again, Jared! and I will def look for your place(s) first around Sedona.

Quiet and comfortable

Great spot to get some R&R and close to work site in Camp Verde. Easy access to National Forest hiking trails and very comfy home. Everything I needed for nearly two weeks away. I’d like to come back again if I have more work in the area.

Home Away From Home

The Javelina House was extremely close to Grandma’s house, perfectly located for our family needs. The host was easy to reach and the home guidelines were clear and concise with lots of suggestions of eateries and attractions. The home was very clean and inviting. A great place to stay in Lake Montezuma.

Excellent

We enjoyed are vacation so much in Arizona. The country was beautiful and the home we rented was perfect. We are talking about going to Arizona again and will be staying at the same home if possible. Pleased with everything.

One of My Favorites!

Business brings me to Norther AZ often and I always check the availability of The Javelina House first if I plan to stay a bit. BIG back yard is perfect for my dog and for family time, and the spacious house is well appointed and comfortable. 5 minute walk to National Forest hiking, 10 minutes drive to good restaurant selection and the interstate and 20 minutes to Village of Oak Creek and red rock country. Love it!
