Cornville, a charming suburb of Sedona, offers a cool respite from the summer heat, with temperatures often 10-15°F lower than Phoenix. Enjoy temperate weather, local wineries, and the Page Springs Hatchery. Cornville is perfect for picnics, avoiding crowds, and experiencing a sleepy farming community where you might encounter the occasional cow crossing the road.
Enjoy full access to the entire space within Pitchner Place and its outdoor accommodations. Cool off in the creek, relax in the hammocks under the shade of 100+-year-old Cottonwood trees, or gather around the fire pit on a summer evening. Our property features air conditioning, ceiling fans, and ample outdoor seating areas with shade to ensure comfort during your stay. We purposefully refrained from installing fences on the lower property to ensure free range and access for the diverse wildlife inhabiting this environment. Please respect our neighbors and watch for signs highlighting the property boundaries.
