Diese luxuriöse, voll ausgestattete Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich in der exklusiven Wohnanlage von Windsor Palms, Kissimmee, weniger als 5 km von Walt Disney World entfernt. Unsere Wohnung ist wunderschön dekoriert und befindet sich im obersten Stock (2. Stock Großbritannien, 3. Stock USA - kein Aufzug), was bedeutet, keine Störung von oben. Es bietet ein geräumiges und komfortables Ferienhaus, das komplett möbliert und zu einem hohen Standard ausgestattet ist, einschließlich WiFi-Highspeed-Internet, kostenlose Fern- und Auslandsgespräche (ohne europäische / britische Mobiltelefonnummern), 4 Flachbildfernseher und DVD Spieler, für Ihre Unterhaltung und Entspannung.

Wir verfügen über eine ausgezeichnete lokale 24-Stunden-Verwaltungsgesellschaft, falls Probleme auftreten sollten und die Reinigungsmaßnahmen erstklassig sind.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad. Schlafzimmer 2 hat ein Doppelbett / Queen-Size-Bett, mit Schlafzimmer 3 mit zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch ein Memory Foam-Klappbett für eine 7. Person sowie ein Klappbett für ein Baby.

Die Küche ist mit einem großen Herd, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einer Mikrowelle und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Wenn Sie also in der Küche essen möchten, finden Sie dort alle Geräte. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6/7 bequem.

Für die Golfer gibt es eine Reihe von Golfschlägern in der Wohnung, die die Gäste gerne nutzen können.

Spring Break Trip

Spent a week at Windsor Palms. 3rd time to this complex, first at this condo. Place was great as usual. Clean, family friendly, great pool/clubhouse area. Volleyball, tennis and basketball courts all have lights for evening play. Has always been a great place and this time was no different.nodifferent.

Great condo

Everything was wonderful, except we were not on the security list and they would not let us in. We were then told to call VRBO which was the wrong info. Once we "contact owner" and listen to the end of the message and got the # to call, we spoke with a real person were quickly placed on the list. Everything else was wonderful and we will be back. Close to everything, very clean and exactly as promised. Good stay.

Beautiful place just as listing describes it. Safe and welcoming environment host even had a welcome bag with essentials waiting for us when we got there . I would definitely recommend this place for any group family friendly and close proximity to everything you would need on a vacation

Great Location

Overall this place was nice and comfortable. It does state it is a 3rd floor Condo. I just didn't expect the steps to be so steep. We ordered food a few times and even the drivers were winded coming up the stairs. This might be difficult for older family members or small children. Also after being in the parks all day climbing those stairs was a lot. The Master bed hurt my back. I think the mattress just need to be replaced. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed and it was close to shopping, food and DIsney which was a plus for us. I think this was a good and affordable place to stay near Disney.

It was a great stay

Overall we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo but the condo it self was great the only problem we encountered was parking. After 6pm you won’t be able to find parking anywhere near the condo which was little upsetting since we were 3rd floor. We had to park a nice ways away but I do understand there was a lot of other family’s staying there too. It was a very nice neighborhood and it was quite at night very nice for the price.

Great location

Perfect location for all major theme parks. Couldn’t give 5 stars because beds were very uncomfortable, especially the master bed. Four out of our five family members slept very poorly each of our four night stay.

Great location and value

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of space and was laid out well. We enjoyed the resort’s amenities and it was only a 15-20 minute drive to Disney.

My family and I stayed here recently for a Disney and Universal vacation. The amenities that come with the resort were greatly appreciated! Our kids enjoyed swimming on our day break from the parks.

Condo review

It was difficult checking in second car. Guard was rude. Gave us false information. Did not get into room until 2 AM because of him. However condo was very clean and comfortable with beautiful layout.

Many return renters will have dealt with Sue when booking (and will say what a great job she did!), unfortunately in late 2019, she passed away. Myself and my daughter (Samantha) will, however, be continuing her legacy and help you with all your holiday rental needs.
As a family, we love our holidays and kept finding ourselves returning to the Florida Sun and Disney area almost every year. Living in the UK we look forward to the times when we can get over there to spend time at our condo. The stress of everyday living just disappears when we walk through the door and we never want to leave when it's time to go back.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

After always staying in hotels we were introduced to holiday homes, we loved the extra space and the chance to chill out at the end of busy days at the park - no more hotels for us on vacations. We had stayed at Windsor Palms prior to purchasing. The amenities are first class and grounds always immaculate. We always feel safe walking round day or night. We fell in love with Windsor Palms and our Condo - hopefully, you will too!

Being on the top floor there is no noise from neighbours above. The resort includes a fully equipped gym, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a must to help those that want to keep fit. The Spacious Pool/Hot tub area has plenty of sunbeds, chairs and tables to relax at. There is a games room, play area and children's splash pad to keep the kids happy, as well as a 55 seater 3D movie theatre. Close enough to the parks to pop home for some lunch and a swim before returning at night for the fireworks. There is a Sundry shop on-site for those essentials you need, together with a recently installed coffee bar area. The Tikki bar has a wide range of drinks and food - relax with a beer or cocktail and a snack by the pool.

Please note that the property benefits from internal pest control spraying on a monthly basis.
