We absolutely loved staying here & will be back again! Gabriela is super informative & very quick to respond. I loved that she provided extra household items to use from extra cleaning supplies so you can stay tidy while there to a double stroller or playpen to use! The central air also works great so no need to worry if you’ll be hot at night trying to sleep. I would definitely recommend this place!

Moldy shower, dirty bathtub. Just should state that there no toilet paper so we can bring our own. Had to use paper towels the last day. The beds in guest room are so loud! You move and they squeak!!!

Great Location

Owner was very responsive, easy check in and out. Property is in a good location. We didnt go to the pool with it being a little chilly. Property is a little dated, but fine for a quick stay. Oven didnt work well, but stovetop did.

Great stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 3 adults. It was super convenient for our days at Disney, and Walmart was extremely convenient for our food runs. The King bed was a little soft for our liking, but that's personal preference. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a day before our cruise, beyond our expectations. The kids had a blast at the pool. The pool area was nice and clean with plenty of chairs, walking distance from the room.

What a lovely stay!

We did a sister's getaway for 5 days and loved this rental. Close to attractions but far enough away that we felt like could get away from the hustle and bustle of a touristy town. We had groceries delivered, Door dash for dinners and had Lyft come get us when we wanted to sight see or go to the parks. It was quiet in the evenings and the pool was a very short walk away. Gabrielle was wonderful at communication and very prompt with answers to any questions we had.

Check in and communication was excellent. The pool area was great! Location also good. The unit we stayed in was very worn. You could tell it has been used A LOT. Wall paint was dirty, wall trim and paint worn and dirty. Bathrooms were clean on the surface but caulking around tubs and floors dirty and possibly moldy. One shower curtain appeared to have mold too. You’ll need to provide your own shampoo and conditioner and the soap bars are very small. We also were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms for a 3 night stay. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Michigan break

Our stay was wonderful😀 Condo had everything we needed. Could use some new pillows but very well kept and clean. The grounds are beautiful and the pool areas were great. Just what we needed coming from freezing cold Michigan. I would definitely stay here again.

Winter in Florida

Had a wonderful time. The condo is very nice. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Pool area is great. The owner responds back quickly with questions or concerns. This is my 2nd year going here and hope to go back next year.

Very nice stay

The property is in a very nice complex with colorful houses and has access to swimming pools and a hot tub. The house is very clean and has everything we needed. We did not have access to the washer and dryer and admittedly those were not listed as accessible facilities in the VRBO listing. But that was not a problem for us because we stayed for just a weekend. Very close to Disney (10 min drive), groceries, including Publix. The owner was very responsive to our enquires. We will return!

Nice weekend Disney Trip

Disney trip and need a place to stay. First impression of the complex it’s really cute. Did not see the pool area so no reviews on that. Plenty of parking and it’s a lovely unit. Its great if you are going to Disney, because the highway is right there. Also has Walmart and Publix on the next block. Unit has everything we needed, wish we had a little more toilet paper with 4 adults and 1 child for 3 night (only 1 spare), not a big issue. Unit has dark carpet and could use a deep clean, shower head in the King size bedroom should be changed, but beside that, everything was perfect. Great communication with Gabriela. Thank you so much, we had a great time.

First family trip

It was great except when it came time to take a bath. They didn’t have enough wash towels to accommodate everyone. We did have to go get our own. Also they had mold on the curtains leading outside and the sofa with the pillows could have been I little more cleaner than what they was. They had old candy under the table my kids found too. The hold condo needs to be updated and the accessories in the bath need to match.

Comfortable

It was super cute and comfortable. The only issue we had was the kitchen faucet. When we got in the counter had standing water on it (my daughter almost put her ohine down in it, but felt the water as she went to lay it down). We turned the kitchen faucet off. I let the property owner know. They said maintenance would be out ASAP. They never came while we were staying. It was just a little inconvenient, but we were not there long so we worked around it. Everything else was great!! We would stay again if we're in town.

Great little place. Just a few things that were on our mind, not negatives, just a note for future residents.1. Bring toilet paper2. The bathrooms don’t have sink “strainer plugs”, just nothing or a stopper- just be aware if you have jewelry or anything g small that can get lost easily. 3. Place is overall clean, but could use a deep cleaning/paint touch up/updates. (Shower heads, grout, paint, etc)4. Couldn’t figure out how to use the tv. The remotes would turn up the volume but wouldn’t turn the tvs on or off, nor allow you to select channels/apps. 5. couldn’t find a plunger- fyi in case you have “heavy hitters” 6. Bring hand soapOther than that, The stay was wonderful and super convenient to everything we needed.

Awesome outdoor experience

The condo needs many touch ups. It is a bit outdated and felt very lived in. The matresses in both bedrooms were terrible. The shower has rust spots and the shower curtain was moldy. Bring extra garbage bags if you plan on having meals. There was only one kitchen garbage bag. The manager never responsed when we reached out with a question. The pools and outdoor amenities were amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. Thankfully it didn't rain. We will not be staying at this specific condo again but would definitely stay at another on the premises.

Needs a deep clean but a great location

The unit when we arrived was not very clean. Whoever cleaned it seemed to be in a rush. Floors not vacuumed completely, fridge and toilets were dirty, but the beds were made and clean. The unit could also very much use a deep clean. SO MUCH DUST!!! I contacted the property manager with pictures and she said that she’d try to get someone out the next day, but what’s the point? I ended up cleaning the unit and then it was fine. The unit had everything we needed. We loved the location and property amenities with all of the pools. We enjoyed discovery cove and sea world. It was a 10-30 minute drive depending on traffic. Even with the unit not being my cleaned as it should’ve we would stay here again. Hopefully they get a new cleaning service.
