Diese außergewöhnlich eingerichtete 3-Zimmer-Eigentumswohnung in Windsor Palms, die sehr günstig im Erdgeschoss gelegen ist, bietet 1408 Quadratfuß und ist die größte in der Anlage. Eine Einheit im Erdgeschoss in diesem Resort ist ein großer Vorteil, da Sie Ihr Gepäck und Ihre Kinder nicht über die Treppe tragen müssen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, 32 "und 26" LCD-TV / DVD-Combos in allen Schlafzimmern und einen Wohnbereich mit einem 46 "LCD-TV, einer HD-Kabelbox, einem Blu-ray-Player, einer Xbox 360 mit 2 WLAN-Controllern und eine Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und iPod-Dock. Great Place to Stay

The condo was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the places I wanted to go. I loved the resort area, and the condo, and the screened in patio that gets the afternoon sun. Met a great group of people to play pickleball with, and very convenient to Celebration. Cant wait to come back next year.

Great Place!

My family stayed here for 5 days in July 2024 and loved the condo! Most importantly it was clean and comfortable. The amenities (pool, splash pad, pickleball courts, arcade, etc) were perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

My sons and I stayed here for a week and really had a great stay! The location was perfect for stores, Disney, ESPN complex. Having tvs in bedroom was wonderful, Xbox was great for boys in downtime, kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful!

We (A family of 3) enjoy this quiet area and nice clean condo. The owner replied to questions quickly. The check-in process was a breeze. Each room has a TV, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The clubhouse is a delight, it has a small convenience store and the tiki bar cooks hot food. They supplied balls to play volleyball, and basketball they also allowed free movies in the theater Lots of nearby restaurants You can't go wrong at this location, we will return.

Wonderful time

This property was in very good condition and served our party of six quite comfortably. I feel we were fortunate to be on the first floor as higher floors would have been a challenge with luggage. Location in relation to the park was approx 15 minute drive and presented no problems. Everything you would need is within a 3 mile drive, Would reccomend this property.

Can’t beat the value for money

Me and my friends family - 4 adults and 4 kids age from 9 to 13, stayed here for a week and it was really spacious and comfortable for all of us. Owner is promptly responding all our questions. Bread toaster and Some of the stoves were not working, management company asked us to be there for any repairs which is what not feasible for us. We cook and pack food but had to work little hard to make it with the working stoves, I would have been more happier but over all it’s worth for the money I paid for a week. All parks are 20-30 mints drive, Walmart, gift shops and plenty of restaurants are within 5 mins drive. Thank you

Super Disney Stay

We stayed at the property and found it to be just as described -- wonderful! It is just minutes from Disney, and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and all electronics and appliances worked perfectly. There were plenty of towels and pillows for everyone. Our family was only four, but I think it would sleep 8 comfortably. The extra space was so much better than being in a hotel room for our 7-day stay. We saved money by having breakfast and coffee at the condo each morning and packing snacks for our days at the parks. The owners were very flexible when we needed to change our travel dates. They even called to check to be sure we had gained access to the condo when I couldn't access my check-in information temporarily. Our damage deposit was credited within 3 days of our trip. All-in-all a great stay!

Absolutely Wonderful Place for the extremely affordable price

We enjoyed our Disney vacation to the fullest. This condo is super clean, comfortable and very close to the Disney Parks. All the essentials are included. There are plenty of restaurants around, but all the facilities are there if you wish to cook. King bedrooms are spacious and luxurious. Themed kids room and Disney decor kept kids excited!! Being on the ground floor made things so much easier as none of the condo buildings on this resort has elevators. Windsor Palms Resort is a quiet and secure gated community with lots of fun things to do. The newly added splash pad is a hit with kids, but lots of other activities for adults as well. Gym, Big Pool, Movie Theater, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball courts are all free of charge. We are also very grateful for the owners. They have been very responsive. We will be back for sure and recommend this unit to anyone.

Attention needed

This unit itself was fairly clean when we arrived. A few things worth mentioning. 1) Appliances are very old. The freezer smells of age, the stove top only had 1 out of 4 burners that worked. 2) Pots and pans are old, non stick surfaces are scratched and several of the handles were loose. 3) Only (1) one, garbage bag for the kitchen garbage can, (should be a minimum of 2). 3) Carpet was filthy and stained badly. 4) Mattress on Primary bed was terrible, felt like I was laying inside a canoe, you know, where you roll to one spot and are just there. Overall this place needs and extensive updating from appliances, carpet to window treatments. Clubhouse, pool, game room etc. very nice and clean. The Tiki bar at the pool was nice and convenient. I would stay in this community again, just not this unit.

We are a professionally employed married Canadian couple living in Greater Toronto Area. We are fortunate to own a vacation property in sunny Florida where we can visit at least twice a year to enjoy Orlando and all of Florida has to offer. For the remainder of the year, when our property remain vacant we decided to make it available for short term rental and have the pleasure of seeing children and families have an amazing opportunity to access accommodation in Disney World area for very reasonable price.
We are new to Home Away. We started listing our property on this site as of November 17th 2015. Prior to this, our property was managed by a another vacation company which did its own advertising and booking.

We now have a new property management company onsite that take care of the property and make your stay comfortable while you are in Kissimmee/ Orlando.

When we first visited Disney World in 2008, we were captivated by the friendly people, lush greenery, warm sunny weather and cleanliness of the area initiated the idea of owning a property in Kissimmee. In later 2009 we were able to make it happen and purchased this lovely unit in Windsor Palms.
