We loved our stay here. Clean, home was spacious, liked the access to outside hose to rinse off, and easy access to beach and the rest of HHI.

Great location, short walk to beach. Check in process was a little confusing but once we figured it out, it was fine. Charming atmosphere, clean, quiet.

Excellent unit. Would recommend to others. We would stay here again.

Property manager was very responsive. We needed a 3rd parking pass for some of our family and they quickly made arrangements for us to pick up the pass. Also the microwave broke midway through the week and they immediately brought a new one to the unit. Great customer service.

Great condo

Very convenient to everything we wanted to do at Palmetto Dunes’. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Would definitely stay again . Only complaint would be the sheets and towels were definitely from the management company as no owner would be happy with red roof sheets and towels. That’s just being picky. It’s really cute and comfy

Great location on HHI

Everything was updated and very well presented. Location is fantastic with the privacy of Hickory Cove and the beach only three blocks away. Only issue we’re the beds. They really need to be replaced.

Perfect family vacation spot

This is a beautiful property that’s an easy walk to the beach. The layout is comfortable and family-friendly. The community pool is close by, but not too noisy. Bike trails are fantastic! Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful location - the ride this Shelter Cove is quick. Great communication with property manager.

Good time

Condo was exactly as described. Very clean with everything you will need. Cooked breakfast a few mornings and the kitchen is well appointed. Would stay here again.

Overall good. I never needed to communicate with property manager. Only complaint there was long brown hair on 1 of the downstairs beds. Not just a little. Housekeeping should have seen it. Door code instructions said * after code but didn’t work. Used the “check mark symbol” and it worked. Location of this condo is fabulous

Ice maker didn’t work, sent repair man out. Couldn’t fix said he would let us know when he be back. Never heard back Upon arrival door code didn’t work. Called 30 minutes on phone we were finally in. All the ice cream in vehichicle melted. Asked to have a email sent with new code. Was told no problem, sorry for inconvenience. Never received an email

Adequate

Comfy beds. Lots of hot water in showers but not in kitchen sink. Guest bath on 1st level has burned out bulbs. Unit could definitely use all doors cleaned and/or painted. Lots of dirty fingerprints. Great location!

Perfect Location

The location is perfect, close to the tennis and pickle ball facility, right on the bike trails to everywhere including right across from beach access. We had a problem with a toilet and the company sent over (Bob) immediately to fix it. So much to do in Hilton Head even a rainy day was fun.

Decks and windows were dirty. Poor lighting in all rooms. Washing machine rusted and dirty. Plastic plates and bowls not acceptable. Needs updated.

The walk to the beach was a hop skip away from our villa. The house was clean. Really convenient having a washer and dryer.

Very nice. As described in every way.

Convenient to beach and lagoon. Quiet and peaceful. Close to pool. Did not find channel guide for TV but no problem surfing channel. Would stay again and highly recommend this unit. Very clean and well equipped.

Hickory Cove Delight!

This is my second time staying at this villa - and I love it! The owners have made it very welcoming and it feels like home. The upgrades that they have done over the past year and beautiful!. The kitchen is very, very nice and has everything you could need during your stay. The location of the villa is perfect for us -- my husband is close to the golf course and I have the great pool and the beautiful beach just a short walk away. It couldn't be more perfect. Thank you for opening your home to us, and we hope to visit again next year. Can't wait!
