Excellent location with all amenities!

We had a wonderful stay for one month. Property owner was very attentive and had unit cleaned weekly by very kind and thorough staff. Amenities were new and clean. Easy walk to market and metro station.

Wonderful apartment and ideal neighborhood

The apartment was wonderfully appointed and cozy. The location is ideally situated near rue Cler. We shopped there every morning for our breakfast and spent several afternoons and evenings dining along this street. It is a short walk to the Metro stop and the Eiffel Tower. We can’t wait to start planning our return.

Fabulous location

The apartment is very central to so many parts of Paris. Most areas are well within walking distances or short u/g trips. Buses are very good in off peak times. Parks and gardens are everywhere. Some truly excellent restaurants (but not all). Rue Cler is a magnificent market area. Proximity to the iconic Eiffel Tower is a beautiful backdrop. Thoroughly recommend.

Our Home Away From Home

What you see is what you get plus more! We were personally welcomed by Mitos who showed us around, got us set up with internet, entry codes, etc. The kitchen was well equipped with garbage bags, soaps, etc as was the bathrooms and laundry. Plenty of towels! The living room was a comfy place to hang out after our 18,000 step days. Markets and restaurants within steps of the apartment opened up to a vibrant area. We were there in May/June so the apartment stayed cool. The apartment was our base for the month with a couple of side trips in between. It certainly felt comforting when we returned to our home away from home. Thank you!

Perfect in every way!

We were fortunate enough to stay in this VRBO for a month this summer and it was amazing. From the moment that we arrived, my wife and I both knew that this apartment was perfect for us and our two kids. It’s a great size and layout, decorated so well, comfortable bedrooms with great closet space, great kitchen and bathrooms, and plenty of windows for great views and nice breezes! The pictures don’t do the unit justice. The owners have thought of everything. And for one month, it helped us feel like we truly lived in Paris. The apartment was in a great location in the 7th. You are about a 30 second walk to Rue Cler, a 5 min walk to Champs de Mar (Eiffel Tower), and so many other areas are within a 10-15 min walk. We didn’t really know much about the 7th Arrondisment, but it has so much to offer and really feels like one of the best areas to stay in Paris, particularly for extended stays. We really can’t recommend this unit enough. As crazy as it is to say, when we look back at all of the things we loved most about our one month in Paris, calling this unit home is at the top of the list.

Perfect spot in the 7th!

Everything about the apartment was just as advertised - only better. Well-equipped kitchen, including milk, juice, butter, eggs, and coffee. as well as utensils and equipment; lovely and comfortable living room, with plenty of reading matter, tour books, fiction, cookbooks, etc. = everything that would be needed to make a guest feel perfectly comfortable and at home. The bedrooms were large enough and had real closets; and the bathrooms were well appointed. The apartment was just around the corner from shopping (and eating) on the rue Cler, and the metro and bus stops were close by. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wished a long or a short stay in Paris..

Wonderful apartment/Perfect location!

Our group consisted of two couples and the apartment was perfect for us. It is located in a great neighborhood and incredibly close to so many Paris sites. The owners provided milk, juice, fruit and eggs which was incredibly helpful. Rue Cler is about a block away but it was nice to have the basics already in the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris.

Roomy Paris Apartment

For Paris, this was an extremely roomy apartment. It was nice for us, as two couples, to be able to relax in the sitting room in the evenings with a glass of wine and listening to the sounds of Paris just outside our windows. The kitchen was huge ( for Paris) and very well stocked with all the cooking utensils needed to prepare a great meal. Having a bustling food market right around the corner on Rue Cler was amazing and convenient. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to experience Paris life. Beautiful and cozy apartment

Our family of four loved our stay! From check-in to check-out everything was easy. Roberta helped us coordinate transportation from the airport and they provided a very thorough guide of things to do with many helpful tips. The location is great, we never got tired of walking by the Eiffel Tower and the Rue Cler has many great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The apartment is very clean and has a cozy comfortable feel. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked, they even provided fresh fruit, eggs, milk and juice!

Lovely Paris apartment.

My husband and I along with our 18 year-old grandson enjoyed 5 nights in this lovely apartment. The location is convenient to many of the Paris highlights, and Rue Cler is not even 5 minutes away. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the neighborhood very much. A very nice gesture was finding orange juice, eggs, and butter in the refrigerator when we arrived.

Perfect Paris location

This was a fabulous apartment within walking distance of shops, cafes, & attractions. We all loved the neighborhood, it was busy without being overcrowded. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with all the comforts you could need. Roberta was very responsive to all of my questions.

Charming Apartment in Great Location!

Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. They have a washer that is easy to use, but no dryer. There are laundry facilities across the street though. The furniture is comfortable and the apartment is nicely decorated. It has a very welcoming warm feel. It's also very clean and in excellent shape! The only downside we found was that the bathrooms could have been a little better lit above the sink and mirror. It was a little dark to put on make up or put in/out contacts. Great location with easy access to several metro stops.

Superb on every criteria

Simply superb. Everything. The flat was large, comfortable, charming in all respects from the thoughtfully stocked fridge, to the welcome, to the fresh orcids, and so wonderfully clean that one could have removed one’s own appendix on the kitchen floor without fear of contamination. Wonderful flat, centrally located.

Our family of four absolutely loved the flat. There are several cafés within just a few minutes of walking, and the market in the alleyway one block over is phenomenal. It’s a beautiful flat that makes you feel like you are in a comfortable home rather than a rental property. We were amazed to find out how close we were to the Eiffel Tower on the first day. Would highly recommend this property.

Paris for the Holidays

My daughters and I stayed here during the Christmas Holiday Season and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was just what we were looking for both in terms of quality and location. It is in a great neighborhood and decorated well. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the local cafes, markets, shops and easy access to the Metro. I would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Paris. Cheers!
