Diese sonnige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern befindet sich auf der Grenze zwischen dem 8. und 9. Arrondissement von Paris.

Ruhig und gemütlich, ist es auf der obersten Etage des Gebäudes, das es sehr hell macht. Die Wohnung verfügt über Aufzug in den 5. und eine Etage zu Fuß zum sechsten.

Es gibt 3 große Fenster im Wohnzimmer, jedes hat einen kleinen Balkon;

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein 3-Sitzer-Sofa sowie 2 Sessel.

Sie können Kabel-TV mit internationalen Kanälen vom Wohnzimmer aus beobachten.

Das neu renovierte Küche ist mit Blick auf den Eingang, und ist mit allen modernen und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet.

Es verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Elektroherde, Mikrowelle und alle notwendigen Utensilien, die Sie das perfekte Abendessen vorbereiten müssen.

Es gibt auch einen Esstisch aus Holz mit 4 Stühlen in der Küche.

Am Ende der Küche haben Sie die corrider, mit den beiden Schlafzimmern auf der rechten Seite und die beiden Badezimmer auf der linken Seite.

Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett oder zwei Einzelbetten, das zweite hat Bett ein Queen-Size. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster mit einem kleinen Balkon.

Das erste Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Toilette, während der zweite eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner zusätzlich der Badewanne und die Toilette hat.

Die obersten Etage Aussicht ist wirklich großartig.

Bettwäsche, Decken, Kissen, Handtücher und Küchenutensilien und Geräte werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wireless-LAN, Telefon und Kabel-TV sind auch frei von jeglichen Aufpreis.

The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful and kind at check-in. The apartment was immaculately clean, updated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. They accommodated our early check in. The location was great, close to the metro and easy to get around. We were thankful for the air conditioning as it was warm during our stay. The views of the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night from the balcony were amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

The apartment is exactly as described/ pictured. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s a fantastic location close to shopping and restaurants and a Metro station (line 12) right outside the door. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, with all the comforts of home. The charming alley next to the building offers shops, cafes, and a Monoprix. Haussmann Galeries Lafayette is just around the corner, with a great rooftop view. Across from Haussmann, next to Adidas, is a fantastic food court where we often grabbed meals, including sandwiches for our Versailles trip. We'd definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment, great location.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and close to the train station, Gare St. Lazare. In addition to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was a nice sitting room with nice views out the windows. The kitchen was well equipped and well organized. I cooked breakfast every day during our stay.

Our family of four stayed in this apartment for a week. The apartment is lovely, with 5 small balconies! In one direction, you can see Sacre Coeur and in another direction, you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower. It is in a busy area, on a busy street, but since the apartment is on the top floor, it was very quiet and we were never bothered by outside noise. (I am a light sleeper, too.) It had everything we needed to be comfortable all week, with a well-equiped kitchen and plenty of storage for pur things. The host greeted us when we got there and he was friendly and helpful. Overall, i would recommend.

As Described

This was a great apartment in the heart of Paris right next to a major metro station. It was very secure in an apparently safe neighborhood with a pharmacy and grocery and Starbucks on the same block. Air conditioning worked great. Washer and dryer very convenient. My family and I had an amazing 10 days in Paris. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

The area was great-central location, walking distance to many attractions for a fit person. I was a little Leary of the fact that we were on an upper floor, and there was no fire escape-but I don't think many of the older buildings have fire escapes. I think our Canadian regulations are more strict than Paris. There could have been more towels, and the living room couch and chairs could use an upgrade-perhaps with a material that could just be wiped down. The balconies (5) weren't somewhere to sit-but great views from the windows, and lots of fresh air high above any street noise. There was good building security, and the place was so quiet we seldom seen anyone.

Great Experience near Opera

The apartment was great! We had four adults and the two bed, two bath setup worked out very well. The Glamaparis process is very easy to use and everyone (and I mean everyone) at Glamaparis was great to work with. They are very nice people that are committed to service and quality.The apartment is very light, bright and airy. There is enough room in the living room for four people to sit comfortably and relax after a day of exploring the city. You can open three large windows with small balconies just in the main room and each bedroom had double doors and small balconies. All the windows had good views. You can see the very top of the Eiffel Tower from four of the windows and Sacre Coer from the other two! The elevator is very convenient. The apartment and neighborhood were quiet at night and good for sleeping. The kitchen was well appointed for basics. We did not cook so cannot comment on that. Having a dishwasher and a clothes washer and separate dryer were a benefit. The apt. is located very near to the Saint Lazare metro station which made getting around the city via metro very convenient. There is great shopping nearby if that is your thing. We found several great restaurants within 8 minutes walk from the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again if we needed two bedrooms. All the Glamaparis properties we've stayed at have been great!One small improvement would be to modify the tub in the main bath to allow for a standup shower.

Bel appartement situé tout près de la Gare St-Lazare, des lignes de métro, des galeries Lafayette, du Printemps et de l’Opera Garnier. Le lieu est propre, lumineux, bien équipé et calme (immeuble de bureaux qui ne compte que 2 appartements). Les deux chambres sont munies de lits très confortables (un grand lit dans une et deux lits jumeaux dans l’autre). Il y a deux salles de bain modernes : une avec une vraie douche et l’autre avec un bain et douchette (on aurait aimé que ce bain permette aussi de prendre une douche, avec un support et rideau). L’ascenseur était en panne le jour de notre arrivée : il a fallu monter les escaliers avec nos valises jusqu’au 6e étage… Cependant, le locateur a fait venir un technicien le jour même et le problème a été résolu. Bon contact avec le locateur; service rapide et courtois. Je le relouerais de nouveau!

Very comfortable, location close to metro, opera house.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Initial concern about graffiti on the door was fixed by next day. Closest street, rue Camieu, not particularly scenic, but the apartment is close to high end shopping and the magnificent opera house. Very easy to access metro and buses to get to other areas of the city. Many nearby restaurants, many quite good. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect apartment

Great experience all round, the team at GlamParis were a pleasure to deal with and punctual, the apartment had everything you need and was spacious, close to Metro giving access to everywhere in greater Paris, good food s/markets close 100 meters, plus numerous good restaurants/cafes in the safe area. definitely recommend. M & L

Our young team works with dozens of individual property owners, who trust us to ensure the quality of their secondary homes. We aim to make the renting process simple and secure, facilitating the reservation process, and providing support throughout your stay. Our services include on-site check-in, maintenance, and professional cleaning services. We also create rental contracts and accept credit card payments.

Once your booking is confirmed on the HomeAway platform, we will contact you with further details regarding your check-in organization.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).
Hence, we will require :
• Your passport copy ;
• Your permanent address ;
• The signing of a rental agreement between you and the owner whom we officially represent. This contract will be sent electronically in French along with the English translation.
• The signing of an inventory will also be asked upon arrival with a GLAMAPARIS agent.

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys.
This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins from 7pm, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

Every booking with GLAMAPARIS includes liability and rental risk insurance.
We are committed to clean our apartments with organic household products.
