Thanks Eugenia, I really appreciate the 5 stars! Yes, we are certainly close to the Biltmore and even closer to downtown! Adding more chairs is an interesting idea. I didn’t want to clutter the space. I was thinking we have 4 chairs that can be moved in addition to the lounge and the couch. I will definitely consider it! This home is sealed up tight but once in a while, like all homes, a bug might get in. After Fadis feedback we did a thorough inspection. We didn’t find a single cricket or any bug. Most folks love the subtle, fresh, clean lemon sent from essential oils, but I talked with my cleaner about adding less to the diffuser and turning it off before guests arrive. There’s no musty smell that we can detect and it’s not something we’ve heard from other guests. It’s actually a quite open and sunny space. I think we’re dealing with sensitive allergies and a bug encounter. We take all feedback seriously and will continue to monitor the property but based on my and my cleaners assessment the complaints seem largely unfounded. VRBO doesn’t consider seeing a bug or two grounds for abandoning a stay, unless it’s an infestation. Despite that, we did issue Fadi a partial refund bc I really do care about my guests!
