Modern luxury awaits you in this stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Two Master Bedrooms with their own private balcony provide incredible south-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

Awesome, comfortable, clean condo in a great location

We rented this condo during the week, so the price was beyond reasonable. The unit is huge, spotless, and has two great balconies. We walked downtown every day. The street noise could get a bit loud, it didn't really bother us but may consider investing in fans/sound makers for lighter sleepers. The TV was also very slow and didn't work at times, however since we didn't watch it often, we never brought this up to the host. Highly recommend this condo and we hope to be back some day soon! Thank you!

conveniently located for walking to pretty much anywhere downtown. Plenty to do close by. Our only complaint is noise from the street and the other units in the building. The walls and windows seem very thin for such a high-end condo

Three of us came to Asheville for a quick girls weekend. The property was spotless and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the porches were great for morning coffee. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The area felt very safe and walkable. Would most certainly stay here again.

Perfect spot for girls trip

Stayed here with four girls for a chill Asheville winter weekend. It was the perfect location for us. We had two girls each sharing a comfy king bedrooms with 2 large en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of couch space for us to play games and drink wine at night. Patios off of each bedroom were nice to have. Super clean! Elevators, safe parking garage, excellent communication from host. 10/10 recommend.
