Gorgeous villa, great outdoor space and gorgeous pool. And you can not fault the location, everything you need on your door step! Check in was super quick which was appreciated after such a long day and it being very late. The communication was brilliant throughout our stay, the only slight negative was the property was not as clean as we’d have expected, we re-cleaned all bathrooms in the morning along with fridge, oven and microwave that said this did not spoil our holiday in any way! We will definitely look to return to this beautiful property!

Lovely spacious Villa, group of 8 ladies, easy and safe to walk to restaurants and bars. Relaxing days spent by the pool, beds comfortable. Water pressure when three people were showering was not great but worked out a system where two showered at once instead. Communication throughout was great, one small issue that was dealt with straight away, smooth check in and check out process

Family Holiday

Location of this property is on a lovely quiet street and only a short walk to Villamartin Plaza and also supermarkets, the villa was clean and very spacious and pool and outside area was lovely only one small thing would be that it would be handy for there to be some instructions left out on how to use some of the amenities (oven & extractor) other than that was overall happy with our stay

The property is tiered and in need of refurbishment and we thought it could do with a deep clean! But overall I’d consider it good value for money when you look at the location and the facilities provided, when compared to other properties in the area to rent.

Needs work

Location fine , property needs refresh , owner needs to reinvest profits, bathrooms smell damp ,dirty marks on walls all over house, internet pretty much non existante no full english /Swedish tv package as advertized , nightmare with young ones cant spend all day in pub or pool. Tv had only a few channels ,didnt work agents tried to rectifey but internet tv just kept buffering, everyone had to use 4g.pool pump broke 3 days after a few days pool water went from clear to hazey and had a smell, electricty tripped twice, found a note other guest complained about cockroaches, real bad mozquito problem in main bedroom or thats what i think it was kept getting bit but couldnt find any mozzies checked wall left bathroom light on as light attacts them kept doors shut put towels under doors and used reppellant, other bedrooms fine Location is ok close to everthing pool is good size luxurious villa no. Agents are good. Wasnt a complete disaster made most of it but wouldnt book again.

Andrew, well I am sorry you didn't enjoy your holiday. The internet has finally been replaced with fibre optic and the tv is fine. That was out of our hands but now rectified. As for the pool, sorry but things do break, we had a new pump back within 48 hours and the pool was perfectly fine to use during that period. We have bugs here same as most countries and mosquito's, well that's actually out of our control as well. Regarding any marks on the walls etc, of course, it has been fully booked by people who have come and enjoyed their holiday and now over the winter will be revamped as always. Thank you for the comments regarding us, we always strive to ensure guest enjoy their holiday. We do however hope to see you again, perhaps in another of our lovely villas

Maison fonctionnelle et agréable mais propreté douteuse.

Maison agréable, fonctionnelle et bien située pour des golfeurs (100m du golf Villamartin). Des problèmes de propreté qui, heureusement, ont été réglés rapidement par le gérant. Équipement vaisselle et ustensiles insuffisant pour 8 personnes. Four et lave-vaisselle vieillots.

Mooie locatie

Goede ligging voor de zon stille omgeving om tot rust te komen. De drukte is op loopafstand op te zoeken. Prima afstand tot het strand en zenia beaulevard centrum. Super ruim huis met grote tuin en zwembad.

Vuil, vuil!

Het huis alsook het beddengoed waren niet proper, zelfs vuil!. Zwembad niet verwarmd en onvoldoende water (waarschijnlijk door lek).

Het beddengoed zoals jij het noemt was niet vies en wordt altijd door een professioneel bedrijf gewassen. Er wordt niet geadverteerd dat het zwembad verwarmd is, dus ik weet niet hoe je hierover kunt klagen! Misschien moet u voor uw volgende bezoek eens naar 5-sterrenhotels kijken. Gelieve niet bij ons te boeken!

Family holiday

First impressions of the property were good. Lovely large clean terrace and pool area. Inflatables for pool use too. Unfortunately, the inside of the property had not been cleaned to the same standard. The bathrooms and kitchen were fine but we swept and mopped the rest of the inside ourselves. We had an issue with the electricity and Graham was exceptionally helpful with this. The beds were very comfy too. On the second morning the hot water failed but we were able to reset the system and it was fine after that. One of the shutters in a bedroom was broken so we were unable to use this room. It was to be repaired but was still faulty when we left. The pool had a severe leak and required topping up daily which left a question mark over the safety of the chemical levels in it. All in all, we had a good holiday but with more general maintenance and cleaning of the villa, it could have been outstanding.
