Everything you need in a villa

Superb Property with Infinity pool

Fantastic Villa and the host was very pleasant and easily contactable. The Villa and pool were exceptionally clean when we arrived. It is only a 10 minute walk to all the local bars and restaurants. And it is only 10 minutes drive to the local beaches or to the AP7 fast route. So perfectly located for easy exploration to both the north and south of the Costa Blanca. We would recommend this property for anyone thinking of staying near Torreveija.

Perfect Location.

The property is as impressive as it looks in the pics. Short walk down the hill to some bars and a decent choice of places to eat. I would recommend car hire, as this brings all the main strips within 10-15 min away. The pool and outdoor space at the villa are fantastic. Communication with Viviane was spot on and any concerns you have willbe taken care of. If we ever return to Orihuela this is the villa and location for us.

Fabulous villa & facilities

Various members of my family & i stayed in this fabulous villa which is roomy, stylish & comfortable. The sun is on the pool and patio area all day , all the beds are super comfortable, there is enough space for everyone and is well equipped and stylish inside -we wanted for nothing. There are a few good bars & restaurants within about a 10/15 walk but if you have a car the sea, supermarkets and more bars and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive. The owner was on hand to answer any questions and is super helpful and I would highly recommend this villa to everyone it is truly beautiful.

Fabulous Villa

Villa is beautiful and everything you could possibly need for a holiday home from home, great location and lovely and peaceful, plenty to do in the surrounding area and just a short drive to la zenia and Villamartin. Only small improvement would be to update the bed linen and towels as they are a little dated, everything else is perfect. We would 100% stay here again 😊

The whole experience was excellent from when we booked the villa and Viviane the owner was quick on communication every time we needed something answering at the booking stage right through to us staying there.The villa ticked everything we wanted and the pool area / sun bathing area was fantastic, all you needed to do is move your sun bed round towards the sun as you get the sun from early morning till the sun drops down.The villa was well stocked of kitchen equipment and had everything you needed.I can’t fault it and would definitely stay there again. 10/10

Fantastic Family holiday

The villa is located in a beautiful quite area with sea views from the upstairs balcony. The gated garden and driveway is great for the children’s security and the pool is perfect for an afternoon cool down from the sun. Orihuela Costa Villa

We had a fabulous holiday at this property. I can honestly say it’s the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. The owner (Viviane) and the manager (Christopher) ensured that everything met our needs they were so friendly. It is well situated but not really central to the resorts nearby we were glad that we hired a car but there was enough to do that was close to the villa. We will return next year.

Perfect relaxing holiday

I stayed with my partner for 8 nights, we hired a car and soon found our way around. Near to the beach and supermarkets. We found some nice restaurants also. A lovely peaceful location if you just want to chill by the pool. I will definitely return . Everything was perfect . Thank you Vivienne

Nice Villa but needs updating

We had a nice and quiet stay although there are building works nearby. Maybe they don't work in Summer. A bit hard to find in the dark and no welcome with bottled water or wine which most do. Nice outdoor area and pool. The pillows are dirty of the outdoor set should be cleaned or replaced. Duvet was stained and the bedding needs to be replaced. All day sun and also some shadow. A short drive to restaurants, beach etc if it's upgraded would stay again.

Thank you so much for your appreciation. However, I am surprised by your observations. You should have mentioned this to me when you arrived, the cleaning team would have resolved this quickly. The pillows are clean and the bed linen too. Are there stains that had resisted washing? We are taking note of this and will make sure this does not happen again. The neighborhood is quiet and the buildings are not next to the house. They are almost finished. The most important thing is that you enjoyed your stay.

Lovely Villa for a quiet holiday

Overall we had a wonderful week's stay. The villa is fab with lots of outside space and seating areas. The BBQ was an additional bonus, although, if you don't want to cook, less than 200m away is a lovely restaurant called La Finca, which served lovely and reasonably priced food. There are also quite a few bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk down the road which also has an Iceland supermarket. A bit pricey though. The only issue we had was that the heated pool, which we loved, comes at an additional 70 euros for the week, which we have found no mention of in the listing, and was payable locally on arrival. We had no issues with this but you get the impression that the heated pool is included as part of the price when booking. Maybe a note could be added to property to highlight this.

Wonderful Villa

Just back from a great 2 weeks. Villa was exactly as it is in the pictures. Loved our time at the pool and it had sun on the patio and pool area from sunrise to 8:30pm. Great to have some shady areas with the awning and gazebo. Kitchen and lounge area are pretty small but were fine for just the 4 of us - may have been a bit tighter with 6. Lots to do in the area but you do need a car. You’re just a little over 5mins away from Cabo Roig beach which is one of the nicest beaches I’ve swam at. The walk from there to La Zenia along the costal path is really worth doing - just beautiful scenery. Had a lovely morning watching the sun rise at Cala Captain beach which is about a 10min drive from the Villa. Loved having a a few bars and restaurants within a 10min walk so we didn’t always need to have a taxi. Taxis were about 10-12 from the Villa to the main strip in Cabo Roig we used the Taxi Costa app which worked well but they did have a tendency to be 15/20mins late of the booking time. The main area of bars and restaurants in Cabo Roig isn’t the most beautiful places you will visit as it’s by the main road but the quality of the restaurants were really good. We Took a trip up to the driving range at the top of the hill (about a 5min drive). They hired clubs for 2.50 each and was great fun. There was a shopping mall about 10mins away which my teenage daughters loved (me not so much). We even used the just eat app to order dinner in one evening. All in all a great holiday!

Tolles Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles was man benötigt ist da (inkl. Fön!). Der Pool ist schön und die Aussicht toll! Es war absolut ruhig. Die Golfplätze in der Umgebung sind alle gut bis sehr gut und drei davon in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen!!! Zum Einkaufen und zum Strand (auch wirklich schön und zudem bewacht) wird ein Auto benötigt. Wir haben es wirklich sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen!
