Dieses Objekt befindet sich direkt am Privat Moody Strand mit Schritte auf den Strand und verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Es gibt sehr begrenzte Verfügbarkeit, da die meisten Familien, die das Haus mieten wurden Jahr für Jahr für 20-40 Jahre zurück. Das Anwesen umfasst ein Grill, Brennholz, und Spielzeug für den Strand. Dies ist eine Einheit, in einem 2-Einheit Gebäude. Ähnlich wie bei den meisten Hütten am Strand, ist die Mindestmietdauer von der Saison einer Woche und alle Gäste bringen ihre eigene Bettwäsche.

Wir nehmen noch keine Reservierungen für die Hauptsaison 2018 an, da wir hauptsächlich wiederkehrende Besucher haben, aber wir werden Anfragen zur Verfügbarkeit annehmen.

The host was very responsive. Location of the property to water was excellent. Patio area with a fire pit was very nice by beachfront. This property gives you the option of eating in, a living area to all sit, and plenty of bedrooms. Location is definitely the bonus to this property.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The oceanfront views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning and evening special. The home was extremely comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We also greatly appreciated how pet-friendly the property was. It can be difficult to find such a wonderful place that welcomes pets, and our furry family members enjoyed the trip just as much as we did.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable oceanfront getaway and would gladly stay here again!

“Moody Beach is an excellent option! No crowds and lots of level, sandy beach as the tide rolls out. It was a perfect location!The house left a lot to be desired. The building is dated and has some rather dangerous items like the last step down to the beach; electric wires hanging out of the walls indoors and out; mold and mildew in the basement & upstairs in the other bathrooms. Code resistant issues with the staircases to the second floor and to the basement levels, and a lack of screens, mis-sized blinds or curtains for the doors and windows. The 1/2 bath , just off the living room, is entirely too tiny for a normal sized person. Sitting on the toilet left insufficient space to avoid banging one’s knees against the wall. And the bath lacks an exhaust fan. An obvious problem. While there are beds for 12 the actual living space is way too small for a group of that size. 6 coffee cups for 12?? In the basement there’s a Large gap in basement exterior door. Light switches that do nothing. Broken window sash in front basement bedroom. Wifi was not centrally located causing the Internet to cut out randomly and extremely slow. Range hood didn't vent and was barely hanging on. No curtains for the large kitchen window. Broken lawn chairs left out in the yard.

We are glad that you enjoyed the beachfront location on Moody Beach. We wished you had reached out during your stay as we could have tried to course correct and address any questions/issues then. Our photos accurately reflect the property and most of the families who rent from us rent year after year, so it is unfortunate that we weren't a good fit for your family and we hope you are able to find more appropriate for future visits to Maine.

Where can I start.. I don't recommand this house. When we arrived, we were very disapointed. The house is not well maintain at all. We called the owner to let him know and to tell him that there was no toilet paper upstair and had problem with the heater. He did nothing. After we wrote him that we had problem with the internet his only answer was that the people before us had no problem and again did nothing. We tried multiple times and it never works. Fortunately a kind neighbour give us his acces the last day. We chose this house because we were four and everyone wanted to have his own bedroom. When we went to sleep there was a mouse in one of the bedroom down stairs. The owner is aware of the problem because we found mouses trap under the beds. Its unacceptable. He should at least advertise the people renting his house. So we ended to sleep in the same bedroom upstairs to avoid the mouses. I have many pictures to prove that the house is in bad conditon. The only good thing is the outside view and that you are near the beach.

This review was from 2022 prior to upgrades and offering linen service. The review is not accurate. Most renters are repeat and the property is not rented often through these systems, and this renter was an outlier in our experience.

Girls Trip 2022

Great house! Could have been cleaner, and needs some updates. But for the most part it was fine. Right on the beach with a nice patio. The people beside us were great in both sides. The ones in the house with us were very helpful. I hope we can be beside them again. The downstairs is damp so use the dehumidifier!

Amazing stay!

After 20 years of summer visits, this was our first fall visit to Wells Beach...We had amazing long weekend at this property! Our extended family of 9 found this property to be clean, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location can't be beat, and there was plenty of oceanfront seating for the older folks that were a little unsteady actually walking onto the beach. The outdoor firepit was a lovely addition during the cool October nights that we visited. The kitchen was no-frills, but had everything that we needed to do some simple cooking, and the full size fridge and additional beverage fridge had plenty of space for our food and drinks. We found the mattresses to be comfortable, and there was plenty of drawers and closet space available in each of the bedrooms. We can't wait to come back!

Premiere Location

Million dollar location on a million dollar beach! Walk out the door and put your toes right in the water. Sun, sand, surf right at your door, and great seafood minutes away. Do yourself a favor and get takeout from Wells Beach Lobster Pound and eat at the picnic table in the backyard with the surf breaking just feet away!

Great stay on Moody Beach

This rental was right on Moody Beach with plenty of beds and multiple access points to get in and out of the house. A bathroom on each floor was a great feature! Plenty of parking and such a perfect location. You can walk out the back door right onto the beach. Would love to come back again!

A week in Wells

We had a very enjoyable time. The house is right on the ocean. We did rent just one side. We had 11 people (mostly kids). The house is not fancy, but fair priced for the accommodations.

Great family beach house

This is obviously an older family owned beach house. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy seating area with a view of the ocean. Plenty of bedrooms and a wonderful outside area over looking the ocean with chairs picnic table and a fire pit. Lots of toys for young children

This unit is a terrific deal! It is right on the public way and the kitchen and living areas are pretty small, but you can’t beat the location! The owner was great to work with too. We had an amazing trip!

Simple, clean and convient

We loved the simple house with lots of space on three levels. Nothing fancy, just the way I like it. Home was very clean and conviently located on the beach. Fantastic place to take kids who are confident on narrow stairs. Amazing ocean view. Kitchen was well stocked, only thing missing was a steamer basket. Bedrooms were a good size, with enough drawer space. I would have liked some mirrors in the bedrooms. Living room was small but lots of seating made it comfortable with 10 people. Could use some small endtables or folding tv tables. We had a great stay!!

On the beach

We enjoyed our stay with location on the beach and being able to have our dog with us. Dennis was very responsive especially before arrival and helped us to with as much information as we needed.
