Absolutely loved our stay. Perfect house for our family vacation. Plenty of space for all of us and the kids. Location was ideal as it’s walking distance to downtown and a hop and a skip to Perkins Cove. Great communication with owners prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here for a family vaca. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great Stay!

The property owners had sent us detailed instructions on how yo access the house, with lots of helpful info on all the systems—A/C, TV remotes, etc. The kitchen is lovely—well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and beautiful new appliances.When an unexpected plumbing issue arose late at night, the property owners came right over and moved Heaven and Earth to get it resolved that same night.This was our first time at this property. We can’t wait to come back again next summer!

Great house to explore Perkins Cove and Ogunquit.

Loved the house and amenities. Host was great at communicating initial questions we had when we got there and even dropped off an extra game controller for us. Would have liked a gas grill and the trip to the beach is a bit long but otherwise the restaurants around the house easy accommodated our group of seven.

Thank you for choosing my home! I’m so happy you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately there was a guest grill fire that burned down part of porch. It is unique in that it is centrally located to all 3 prime areas of Ogunquit-1 mile to the beach,, 1/2 mile from downtown, and 1/4 mile from Perkins Cove. I hope you enjoy visiting Ogunquit for many years to come!

Family gathering prior to daughter's wedding

A moment's walk to the bustling activity of Perkin's Cove, yet a quiet place, especially at night. Spacious, comfortable, many areas to gather throughout the house, and quiet places for guests to work away from others as well. Grilled most nights, used the yard for games, enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, especially the walk along the beach. Kitchen stuff was plentiful but no organization to it, although we tried to work on that a bit. Owner is very gracious and met us on arrival. Lovely home but you need to make your own beds. I think the price of the home should include this small task as some family members with disabilities were unable to do so. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay, would return happily!

The sheet process is what is customary in this area. Many homes in this area do not even include a linen service. We do to make it easier for our guests.

Great Vacation Home!

My family and I had another great vacation week at this house! This was our 3rd year vacationing at this spacious house in Ogunquit on a quiet street. We had 3 families - 6 adults and 6 kids, 6-9 years old. The house was big enough for everyone to have a bed and each couple had an en suite bedroom. Our kids love everything about the house - the games provided (foosball table, board games, cards), the "movie theater" in the basement, the close proximity to Perkins Cove (aka, ice cream, looking for sea glass, climbing on the rocks, and even going fishing this year), and to town (more ice cream!). The kids could play outside in the yard and there is a big wrap around porch for the adults to sit and relax as we watched them. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, so walking distance for adults, but a little far for the younger kids. Most of the restaurants are within a 2-10 minute walk from the house, too. The owners are very responsive and available by phone and/or email if we had any questions.

Awesome House - Awesome Location

I have rented various houses in Ogunquit for the last 6 years and this one by far has been my favorite. This year we needed a large house! It was my family plus my extended family all under one roof. Our group was 12 people total from babies to elders, and it was comfortable for everyone. We were able to easily hang out as a group and eat meals, play games, watch movies, etc. Everyone was also able to retreat back to their own large rooms and bathrooms for privacy and down time. The location was perfect for walking to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way. The younger people in our group easily walked to the Beach while the older people opted to take the Trolley (the stop is right by the top of the street). It was great to have the option of walking or taking the trolley to the beach! We had an amazing family vacation filled with so many great memories, and my whole family agreed that the house was awesome. Bonus points for having Paw Patrol themed kids bowls since my toddler loves that cartoon right now :) :) Alicia was so helpful and prompt in sending us information to make sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect week in Maine. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing your house with us!

Spacious, clean home with extras to make the stay more enjoyable

Lovely home in a great Ogunquit location. Easily walkable to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and downtown. If walking is not your thing, nearby trolley service makes it easy to leave your car in the drive. The home is spacious with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms throughout the house. Multiple areas for relaxing... including an enclosed porch/sun-room with sectional couch and a movie room. Good interior lighting throughout the house. Comfortable beds and the bedrooms had plenty of space to put belongings (except for the "bonus" kids room with bunk beds.) We utilized the linen service and were provided with plenty of towels -- each bedroom had two sets of towels for the maximum number of guests in that room. Soft sheets and pillow cases, note if you are arriving late, the beds are decoratively made up, but need the sheets and pillow cases to be put on. As in our case, where we did not use all the beds, I'm sure this helps manage the linen exchange. We did cook and found the kitchen to be comfortable and functional. Decent wifi allowed for movie streaming. Foosball and other games abounded as did other useful things for families with younger children. A word of caution, if stairs are difficult, the stairways both upstairs and downstairs are a bit steep. However, there is a lovely master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor. The owners were very responsive, both before our stay and during. We'd be happy to return in the future. Thanks for opening your home.

Great house and great location

Great house and great location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family had a great week at this house. We had 2 families (2 brothers and their families) with a total of 4 adults and 5 kids, as well as having 2 college-aged babysitters/cousins for 2 of the nights and everyone had their own space with room to spare. The kids LOVED the media room and the adults did, too, because it meant we could enjoy dinner/conversation while the kids watched a movie. Everyone got to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation. The house was clean and spacious and we loved that the owners left a wagon and a stroller for us to use. They also had beach toys for our use but we had brought enough of our own so we didn't need them. The house has an amazing master bedroom on the 1st floor, but I have to say there were 2 other bedrooms on the 2nd floor that easily could be a master, so the house is well-suited to multiple families. We had one incident where my husband cooked dinner and set the smoke detectors off, but luckily I had read the "house manual" the owners provided when we first arrived and knew to call the owners so the alarm company wouldn't send the fire department. The owners were gracious even though I interrupted their day and were happy to help us out. Perkins Cove was an easy walk with the kids (who ranged 4yrs-7yrs) while Ogunquit Beach was too far for the kids to walk but only a 10-15min walk for the adults. We sent a car full of kids with 2 parents to the beach while the other 2 adults would get to walk. We all could walk to town to get ice cream when the 4 yr olds rode in the wagon. There are too many good restaurants to walk to than I can list! At the end of the week, I knew everyone had a great time because we all (adults and kids included) said we couldn't wait for next year's vacation at this house in Ogunquit!

Lovely home for an Ogunquit getaway

Lovely home with plenty of space and amenities. Set back from the main road with little traffic noise. Plenty of sunlight enters the home. Well-stocked kitchen for those who wish to cook. Plenty of games and books suitable for children. Perfect location for easy walk to Perkins Cove and Ogunquit center. Our second time in this home and we;d enjoy going back. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly.

Great stay!

We had a fabulous time! Great location with easy walk to Perkins cove! The home is charming and spacious and easily accommodates a large group. This beach town is quite special and looking forward to our return to Ogunquit! Alicia was great and was always quick to respond to any inquiries we might have had.

Great Perkins Cove house!

The house was perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location made it easy to walk everywhere from Perkins Cove to the center of Ogunquit and the beach. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

Perfect Stay near Perkins Cove

This wonderful property allowed us to make the most of our stay in Ogunquit. It was great to meet Alicia and her family, and it added a personal touch to our vacation experience. We were able to prepare meals with ease in the well-equipped kitchen and we all had plenty of space and were thrilled to have so many bathrooms. Wonderful

This house had everything, location, size, ambiance. Hosts were always available to answer questions and were stocked with games, beach supplies and beautiful kitchenware. We were 6 adults and 4 kids aged 7 and under and everyone had a wonderful room to sleep in. Would come here again and again.
