This townhouse was the best of any location we've stayed in the Disney area, including other locations in Windsor Hills. The location is perfect for getting to Disney and the townhouse itself is right near the pool, which is great. The dip pool was SO valuable to have for the kids, all the furniture and bedding etc. was super comfortable and cute. Communication w/ the hosts was super fast and accommodating, as was the check in process. One of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at!

Perfect place to spend time with family. The VRBO was clean with enough room for everyone. It is in a perfect location near a lot of family friendly activities. The clubhouse and pool area have enough activities to entertain little ones for a day. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone seeking a safe quiet place to spend with family

Thank you, Carole! We’re so glad you enjoyed the townhouse and its convenient location near the clubhouse. We always strive to be responsive and make our guests’ stays as enjoyable as possible. We’ve recently refreshed the kitchen with freshly painted cabinets and new quartz countertops (completed October 1), and we have a new couch arriving in November! We’re always looking for ways to make the townhouse even better for our guests and would love to welcome you back again in the future!

Great location and condo is nice. A bit outdated but nice. Owners were easy to work with and great communication. Very cool Disney decor. Unfortunately couldn’t use the amenities of the splash pad and pool due to weather delays but luckily we had a private pool in the condo the kiddos were content with. Very nice neighborhood.

We’re glad you enjoyed the location, décor, private pool, and that we were able to make your stay easy with great communication. ❤️ We’re sorry the weather kept you from enjoying the resort amenities, but we’re happy the private pool kept the kiddos entertained! We work hard to keep it clean, comfortable, fun, and—most importantly—an affordable option for families visiting the area. Which countless guests have commented. The house looks exactly like the photos so you know what you are booking.

The townhouse is clean and perfect for a quiet retreat from the parks. There are adorable themed rooms that celebrate Disney's Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Star Wars. Plenty of clean towels and the kitchen has all the things you need to make meals. The resort is very well maintained and the security is fantastic. Morgan is quick to reply and even offered me an early check in time. If you are a Disney fan this is the place for you! Also, there is a Walmart close by that has the biggest collection of Disney merch I've ever seen! It's fun to check out!

Great VRBO! If you’re planning on visiting the Disney area and you’re looking for a budget friendly, super wonderful place to stay, THIS IS IT! The owner’s communication through out the rental process and the days just before occupancy exceeded our expectations. The home is clean, and very close to the pool, clubhouse, and the amenities they afford. I’ll admit the bedroom downstairs is small, but how much time is spent there during the day anyway? It wasn’t a hindrance at all! Our grand sons loved their Star Wars room so much they sometimes looked forward to going to bed. How often does that happen when you’re home? The Kitchen is not the best equipped kitchen, but we didn’t have any problems with its efficiency. And honestly, my wife said it was fine and that I’m too picky about kitchens! The kids loved it, the adults loved it, and we’ll stay there again if available!

Thank you for staying with us, Dave. We’re glad you and your family enjoyed your time at the house. We followed up after your stay to ensure everything met expectations, as we’re always striving to provide a 10/10 experience. When a dining chair was accidentally damaged during the visit, we quickly replaced it with the same style so everything remained in excellent condition for future guests.

The host was extremely accommodating and always responsive. We liked our stay. Convenient to parks and shops. Probably our only complaint was 1 bedroom while very comfortable to sleep had little room for suitcases. Other than that we loved our stay and would rent again.

Thank you so much for your review. I’m glad you found the home comfortable and enjoyed the convenient location near parks and shops. While the room is designed to maximize comfort, I understand suitcase storage can feel limited, and I’m always happy to suggest placement options to make settling in easier. I definitely encourage you to reach out to owners in the future to give them an opportunity to help. We never heard from you about the suitcase. If we don’t hear from you until a review, it doesn’t give us an opportunity to help. As a small, locally managed property, guest feedback and reviews truly mean a great deal to us and help future travelers feel confident booking. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
