Blue Mountain Villa 12 ist ein schönes 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad Wohnung befindet sich direkt auf den Zucker weißen Sandstränden und smaragdgrünen Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko. Sie verfügen über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein gut ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Golf und ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Da es sich um eine Erdgeschoss Eckschrank ist, können die Gäste einfach aus der Wohnung gehen und zum Strand Kopf nach unten. Kein Kampf um die Aufzüge an dieser Stelle!

Great little place

Hoping to return this time next year. Condo had all that we needed although a full length mirror would be a handy addition along with a tea kettle. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and cheerful. Ground floor was convenient although we could hear noise from above.

Great location and beach !!

This condo is very perfect in location. It is just steps away from private beach. There was no need for us to explore any other beach since this was great in every way. Inside was very well maintained and clean. I would surely book again when I plan on going here again. Although I would wait until the construction is done with before booking again.

Quite beach trip

We come to Blue Mountain to experience the beach and the Gulf. This is such a great area. The whole of 30a is full of great food and fun activities. The unit was great all redone and right in the beach. There was some work being done on the unit above us but it didn’t really bother us too much. We understand the work week goes on even if we are on vacation. Thanks for a great visit

Great Stay!

The condo was perfectly located and easy access to the private beach. The condo was as the pictures described, however the furniture was worn and dirty. Additionally rugs would have been nice in the condo so help with sand. There was a musty smell throughout the condo as well. Overall I would stay at this condo again as it was updated and nice.

Location, location, location

Property has a great location with direct beach views. The building is mature. Smudges from workers were evident on bathroom molding and closet doors. Bathroom light fixture missing its’ cover exposing dust bunnies. But everything else was great! Will definitely consider returning.

Disappointed

Stayed at this site 3x now. The picture of view does not communicate they were renovating all balconies and beachfront of building. We had no view and could not sit on our patio. I did talk with Ocean Reef and they did work with me. It is stated in description on line 33 that they are under construction. They did add line 34 in description. It should be in the picture. I did not read description for I know what the view looked like for I have been there 2x. Thanks

Great View!

Great place, great location, great view!!! It was just my husband and I on this trip but with the 2 built in bunk beds our 2 kids (older) could have stayed comfortably. This location is perfect! Easy access to beach, literally down the steps and your toes are in the sand. You can walk to several places to eat or drive a short distance to one of our favorites, Red Bar in Grayton Beach. The condo was clean. The kitchen lacked plastic cups of any kind. Only glass. It would be nice to have some plastic to take down to beach if you wanted, but we had our yeti’s so it wasn’t horrible. DOWNSIDE- WiFi was hit or miss. There was absolutely NO CELL SERVICE AT ALL. Let’s talk about the VIEW 😍 THE VIEW MADE THIS CONDO!!! It’s spectacular and we will be coming back because of it! Overall, great trip, great rental 😎

Should be great but experience was not

This should be a nice spot for a vacation. Upon entering the property we quickly realized the closet door was broken and just standing in place. The security lock for the property inside was no longer there and removed from the wall. A couple of other minor things were broken. The first night a group that was staying in the unit above sounded like they were playing basketball from 1-4 am. It was awful. Next morning we realized the coffee pot was broken. The property management people did replace it that day. 2nd night was much the same with the people above us. As the day proceeded we realized there was mold growing on the foot of the bed frame. I took pictures and video. We actually had to leave the property as I am highly allergic to mold. And at this point we’re pretty much done with this property. I’ve been renting in this areas for 25 years and never once had problems such as these. I contacted the property management company which two a couple weeks and several times of contact on my part to have any resolution. I was told if they found mold they would refund me. I understand them wanting to go look, no problem. Until they told me it was mildew. I’m there is a distinct difference between mold and mildew in appearance. When I showed and explained this they would not budge. The re-rented the unit and I had one person telling me there would be no refund and minutes later one saying there would. I was finally refunded for the nights they re-rented it but not for the rest of my stay even though there was definitely mold. I’m sure by now it is all fixed and you would have a lovely stay, minus whoever is above.

WE LOVED IT!!

We had the best time staying at this property. It was clean and very nice. We have small children and the easy access to the beach was the best part. This was our 3rd year staying in blue mountain beach and we love this area!! Highly recommend this property!

Stay was great. Location was perfect for our purposes. A few minor repairs were needed and fold out sofa less than comfortable (as most are). Overall fine. I would definately recommend this rental if you are staying in this area. And would stay nowhere else but 30A on the gulf.

Grat week!

We have stayed in this area for several years but this was this first time at this condo. Can't beat the view, condo is nicely furnished and smelled clean upon arrival. But, after walking round in the condo barefooted for a couple of hours the bottoms of our feet or socks were dirty. Condo is need of a good deep clean, wipe down doors and door facings. In the bathroom their was makeup on the pocket door and the floors need to be steamed clean.

Needs more and better lighting. More hand towels and wash clothes (only 2 each, there were at least 8 bath towels). Instructions for the TV (what HDMI to be on for signal.) Dish washer leaks.

Very nice place and location right on the beach for a good price

It was a very nice location and to be able to walk out on the porch and the beach be right in front of you. Loves the location and the property and will be staying again when I go back.
