Wonderful stay! Clean, bright, and beautiful. Comfortable beds and furniture. View and access to the beach was perfect! We also had groceries and food brought in by Sarah K's Gourmet. Check in and out was a breeze. We will be booking here again!

Great Ocean Front Property

Great place - views are fantastic. I thought beach chairs were provided at the condo and it would have been fantastic if they were. You can rent them, not cheap, through a company. I would say it would be the ideal place if a few chairs were available to use. Seems like an easy solution.

Love Seabluff #3

This is probably our 7th time to stay in Seabluff #3. Our favorite place to stay at the beach. Enjoyed the upgrades made to condo. Looking forward to staying again.

Great location (beach and on 30A), extremely clean for beach rental (never had one so clean), views and layout amazing. Property better in person than the listing shows. Exceeded expectations.

Loved it!

Great place to stay and a great location too. Really enjoyed it. Just FYI, the dishwasher/disposal was not working properly, but it was no big deal. Next beach trip, we will try to book this location again.

Little piece of heaven!

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Sea Bluff 3. The location in Blue Mountain Beach made us feel like we were in the center of all sorts of activities in the area, walking distance to ice cream and the bakery was a treat, and beach access from the house made for stress free days with our kids. Cleanliness level was excellent. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo has a beautiful view of the gulf. The kitchen was well stocked…..everything was very clean. The living room furniture is VERY uncomfortable and outdated. The sofa and chairs are horrible and should be replaced. You can visibly see the wear and tear on furniture and tables. The dining room table is the same and needs updating.

Mermaids

Blue Mountain Beach is the best part of the Emerald Coast and this Sea Bluff condo, Mermaids, is an ideal way to get right on the water and in the heart of this (still) relatively untrammeled stretch of beach.

Stunning view

Loved this condo- the location is right on the Gulf in a neighborhood which is mostly residential with restaurants within walking distance. The best part was being able to walk out your back door and the beach was right there. Only negative was the condos back yard area is shared with the other condos and there were several dogs that ran loose- You had to watch where you stepped.

Beautiful condo on the beach

The place was very clean and so pretty! The downstairs was very roomy, and the kitchen was fabulous. We also loved the master bedroom. It was pretty and the bed so comfortable. The only problem we had was the trash container was completely full when we got there, and I brought the trash over to my son's house in Freeport. I guess with Thanksgiving there was no pickup.

Beautiful location, decorating could be updated.

Location is fantastic. The unit is clean but the owners could charge more if the decorating was updated and less cluttered. Perhaps it is a regional standard but the amount of consumables the management company provided seemed lacking (one roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and no tissues) so be prepared if your stay is longer than a weekend. Check in/check out and overall communication was excellent.

Great Location!

I loved most everything about this place. It was clean and well furnished. The only thing that I feel needs to be addressed is the sofa. It is very old and smells. We didn’t sit on it because of its condition. I would highly recommend replacing it.

House Fly Infestation.

Loved the location and layout of the condo. Hard surface floors were dirty as dirt quickly accumulated on bare feet. Worst problem was a housefly infestation. I picked up and disposed of 50+ dead flies and killed at least that many over the course of the week. Was ultra careful while opening and closing doors as to not let any flies into the condo.

Mermaid House Love

We loved our second stay at Sea Bluffs (our kids call it “the Mermaid House”). Location on the water and private beach area is heavenly, with extra touches like a raised king bed so you can see out the window doors to the water the second you open your eyes. We were disappointed in some appliances not functioning properly. The leaking meant we spent too much time hand washing dishes and cleaning up the floors when the sink leaked, but the property management company’s maintenance and customer communications team was timely and kind in their responses. We hope these items are fixed for the next guests.

Enjoyable except, stairs to beach is a lot, couch, and TV.

Location was nice and quiet. Short distance to Seaside. Traffic was not bad during Thanksgiving week except in Seaside area. Condo: Kitchen was the best equipped I have encountered in the 20 years of coming to the area. My only issue was there was no room to put supplies. A simple fix of reorganizing the cabinets and all was good. The TV in living room has really bad speakers and made it frustrating while trying to watch TV. The couch was very WORN and cushions broken down. They really need a new one. Beds were exceptional. The balcony off master bedroom had the best beach view and we ended up bringing chairs from below porch up so we could enjoy seeing the beach. Loved the outdoor shower on the 1st level porch. It was strange having your neighbors walk through your back space instead of being polite and using the walkway by the parking to go to the beach. I will warn, the stairs to beach are no joke not for the unfit or elderly. If I would have known the amount of stairs I wouldn't have booked the condo.
