Machen Sie es sich und genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub, gibt es Platz für alle. Hervorragend geeignet für mehrere Gruppen oder Familien. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, einfach beruhigend und ordentlich. Der große Wohnbereich mit Terrasse befindet sich auf der ersten Etage. Ein Aufzug bringt Sie ins Büro und Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock nehmen mit einem eigenen Balkon aus von jedem. Das Bad wurde zum Entspannen mit der Badewanne und separater Dusche, Ankleideraum und begehbaren Kleiderschrank gemacht. Der dritte Stock hat zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Balkon und Bad. Tolle Lage im Dorf! 1 Meile zum Strand. Gehwege machen es leicht zu Fuß.

My 14 year old granddaughter labled this unit as a "mansion"!!

It wasn't quite a mansion but it was beautiful, clean, well located and slept my family of 7 quite comfortably. It had adequate parking, an elevator and provided most of the amenities that we needed. I would recommend this unit or complex to any family looking for comfortable accomodations while vacationing.

Nightmare at Demere Landing Properties!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental experience was horrible. The pictures posted on VRBO website does not do it justice! The place was not clean, housekeeping were called to clean the bathrooms as they were dirty, there were dead roaches in the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The couch was filthy and the sheets in the linen closet smelled old and terrible!!

Emmons Realty is committed to making every guest’s stay enjoyable. Our properties are serviced monthly by professional exterminators, and the insects this guest reported were already dead. We immediately offered to send the exterminator back and to have the condo re-cleaned. Each property receives two inspections prior to arrival — after departure and again before new guests check in. Because this was a holiday weekend, we worked quickly to provide alternatives. We offered another property, but the guest declined due to concerns about stairs and a back door saying she didn't feel safe. The back door has a lock and is in the basement. All homes on St. Simons are built with back doors as standard safety features. We then offered a third home — a one-level property directly across the street from the beach and an upgrade — but the guest declined to view it. While we regret that this guest chose not to stay, we did our best to provide safe, clean, and upgraded options to ensure a pleasant holiday experience.

Device was there and ready for use. The living room furniture needs a really good cleaning or better still, changed out. We could have used another comfortable chair as there is only couch with chaise on one end. Other than that very comfortable. Need new pillows. I will definite rent again. Great location for our needs. Thanks to all for everything.

Plenty of space for our 6 kiddos - 2 bedrooms upstairs (each with their own bathroom), a master (with a dressing room large enough for a pack-n-play) along with an office and pull-out couch on the second floor, and a living room and kitchen on the main level. The garage was a great place to leave all of our sandy stuff.Just a couple minute drive to the beach or downtown - an excellent location.The manager was very responsive to a small issue (chirping smoke alarm) and we have no complaints!

Lots of levels but there’s an elevator so you don’t have to carry everything from the garage on the bottom level all the way up the stairs to the bedrooms. The management company was great. Very responsive, within minutes. The condo is in a quiet location and it’s a nice walk to the water and active downtown area. And there’s so many great places to eat not to mention all the other islands to tour. The only drawback is the place is in need of updating, especially the kitchen. Though it’s not a deal breaker. For the island the price was decent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome and the grounds were very clean and well-maintained. I like to walk, so walking the .07 to town or to the beach was easy for me, but not so for my sister. Parking downtown is very difficult to come by. So if you plan to shop and dine, you may want to stay a bit closer to town if anyone in your party is not a fan of walking. Otherwise the place was perfect. Emmons Realty was a pleasure to deal with.
