Sea Palms and Windward Point is a private, condominium community hideaway and is centrally located with easy access to all of the island's activities, facilities, and amenities. Our condo is only a few steps from the newly renovated Sea Palms Club House, Golf Course, Pro Shop, private pool, practice putting green and restaurant. This premier golf destination features a George Cobb-designed, 18 holes of championship golf and offers a rewarding experience for golfers of all skill levels.

Our FOUR bedroom property is a comfortable, first floor, quiet, corner location with enough room for your family and friends throughout the spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas. The location creates a unique atmosphere of natural beauty, convenience, and recreation. Read our MANY great reviews ab out the space! Pictures do not do it justice.

From our covered balcony, enjoy the view of Sea Island in the distance as well as our private community pond, pool, and one of the most unique tidal marshes on the Georgia Coast. And if you enjoy bird-watching, our porch is ideal!

Our property features top-of-the-line construction and furnishings including four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, plantation shutters, tile and hardwood floors, fully furnished kitchen, washer/ dryer, wet bar, dining room table for 8, Wi-Fi, and flat screen, smart TVs in most rooms (Roku included).

The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, plantation shutters and large en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
The second master features a queen bed with a connection to a private bath. Two additional guest rooms have a Queen bed and twin beds with a shared connecting, private dual-sink bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appropriate pantry items including coffee maker, Keurig machine, and microwave oven. The kitchen also has an eat-in bar area with two bar stools (not pictured).

As soon as we first walked into 101 Windward Point, we fell in love with it. We know you will as well, and we’re happy to share our condo with you.

Went for a wedding at the captains bluff. The location was perfect. Close to the venue, and close to restaurants. Perfect for the 4 couples who stayed there. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful.

Extremely roomy and comfortable 4 bedroom condo in Sea Palms. Stephanie is an excellent host with questions answered promptly. We were there for a 4-guy golf outing so we didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommended.

Great week at a great place

Condo was at a quiet location but close to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool and my wife and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood evenings after a busy day. Bedrooms were comfortable and large, common space was nicely decorated, parking was conveniently 20 feet from the front door and my daughter enjoyed the patio couch during quiet times. We'd stay here again next time we're on the Island.

Wonderful Base for Island Stay

The condo was perfect for our family stay on Saint Simons Island. We had six adults including two elderly and needed a place that could handle a walker for one of our family members. The doorways, halways, kitchen, common areas, and master bed and bath were perfect for that. The home was well appointed and in great condition, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We will definitely stay again!

Saint Simons Island - Wedding Weekend

We attended a lovely wedding on Sea Island but stayed on Saint Simons for three nights. The condo was comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. All the amenities we needed were provided. The condo is located in a lovely neighborhood - great for walking each morning. We were just a short ride to restaurants, shops, and other points of interest. We would definitely stay here again! (But bring you own bath soap. We arrived late the first evening and had to stop at the local Harris Teeter after dinner to purchase bath soap.)

Wonderful experience

The property exceeded expectationas as did the property manager. The unit was ready for us early and in terrific condition. It was spacious and nicely organized. The location was perfect as it was easy to move around St Simon Island. We were from Tampa and escaping hurricane Milton. Needless to say, the comfort of this stay was just what we needed. The property manager communicated clearly and promptly and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Condo Beautiful Area

We had a wonderful stay at Condo. When we arrived everything was clean and tidy. Condo has beautifully decorations and a Great view of the Salt marsh out on the patio. Close to everything on St. SIMONS ISLAND and a short drive to Jekyll Island. Me and my family will definitely be back to stay

All that it seems!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful property to attend a wedding. As soon as we walked through the door, it was evident that the cleaning crew did a great job getting the place ready. With 6 adults and 1 child, the condo was spacious and we did not feel like we were on top of one another. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and serene. Stephanie was a great host and responded to my text messages quickly. We had no complaints and I would definitely recommend the property.

Excellent Stay

I stayed in the condo with my husband, parents and toddler. The condo was so spacious and had everything we needed. We had some confusion when we found the pool locked. The owner texted us back right away and fixed out situation. My husband and I have been coming to St. Simons for the past 6 years. This is one of the nicest rentals that we stayed in. I would definitely stay again!
