Es ist wunderschön angelegt und eingezäunt. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Meerseite und verfügt über einen Balkon, auf dem Sie die Aussicht genießen oder die Türen offen lassen können, um den Wellenschlag zu lauschen. Es gibt auch einen Balkon neben dem Wohnzimmer zur Meerseite. Die Wohnung bietet eine tolle Küche, eine große Waschküche und das zweite Schlafzimmer und Bad sind genauso groß wie der Meister. Great location

Loved the location and the size of the condo. Can walk to town which was a huge advantage and public beach is just across the street. Complex had a pool but very small and nowhere to lay out. Neighborhood is great, very peaceful and quiet. Beach view is fantastic.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We love staying at this condo because of the location, layout and price !! Could not ask for a better Beach Stay when going to St Simons ! It’s not a huge building so the pool is never crowded! The beach access and area is not crowded as well and we love that too!

Love this location

We had a great time at this condo. It is a great location with a great view. The condo is very nice however just a couple of things to be aware of. The mattress in the master bedroom is super soft and I don’t like that. I woke up with a back ache every morning. There were only 4 hangers to hang up clothes. The kitchen dishes snd gadgets were limited so be aware if you need specific gadgets you might want to bring them. Oh and bring a dish cloth for washing dishes. There was none. These are certainly minor issues. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony and large spaces. Bedrooms and baths are oversized. Kitchen is fine but old appliances and barely enough forks and knives to serve four. BUT. The unit is in need of refurbishment. The carpet and upholstery are very stained and the mattresses and pillows old and worn. Drapes barely reach the ground and are quite cheap. The unit is dark until you get to the sliding doors in living room and master. The elevator was broken most of the time we stayed and if we needed to use it we had to go to another floor to push the down button. A great location to access the beach (three minute walk) Emmons offered to have carpets cleaned but that wouldn’t have helped the age of these rugs. Screen door was broken upon arrival and Melina was responsive and had it fixed quickly. Could be a lovely unit if owner did a complete update.

You can see the ocean from the outdoor balcony, half a block away from the beach and all within walking distance to wonderful downtown! The customer service was impeccable! Large dining room table along with a large kitchen counter gives you plenty of room to cook or play! Could not have asked for anything cleaner! Definitely a must!

Very nice but the beds

Spacious, clean, lovely condo. Master bath exceptional. Large size w/d. Both beds and all pillows very uncomfortable. If you plan to cook bring your own knives. Only 2 full-size glasses. View of ocean limited but enough to enjoy from balcony and close enough to hear the waves. Didn't discover until the day we were leaving that we needed to enter the door code to lock the door when departing. Nice feature, actually, we just didn't know about it.

Main bedroom wall to wall carpet needs replacement to more suitable flooring. Could be tripping hazard as it is badly wrinkled and beyond cleaning, repair. Kitchen needs teaspoons, and yellow vase in main bedroom cracked severely. The dispenser for ice and water not operating on the refrigerator. However, the unit was very comfortable from the bed to furnishings. Balcony was great. Also, the caulk lining the kitchen sink is black. Needs bleach.

Spacious condo; furnishings somewhat dated but comfortable. Very clean. Convenient parking and elevator.Nice neighborhood with open ocean view. We would rent again. Please replace the primary bedroom carpet— it detracts from the overall attractiveness of the condo!

Summer 2023 vacation

Absolutely perfect vacation. Wonderful ocean views and breeze from balcony. Unit was large and comfortable. Had everything thing we needed. Just a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Rented a golf cart and explored the island. All the local restaurants were absolutely wonderful, wonderful small town feel. Saw dolphins from the beach, pier was close by. Couldn't have asked for more. St. Simons is the best. 2nd time in this rental and will definitetly rent again. Pet friendly which is a must. Five stars.....beautiful location..
