Circa 1930 Beach Bungalow Im Herzen des Village Historic Preservation District gelegen. Komplett auf die Stollen renoviert. Wenn Sie nach dem perfekten, charmanten Küstenhaus suchen, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Von der malerischen Veranda bis zur entspannenden, abgeschirmten Veranda wurde dieses Cottage mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Günstig gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, Dorfgebiet, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, St. Simons Lighthouse & Museum und die Fun Zone. Das Haupthaus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit 50-Zoll-HD-Fernseher, einem Esszimmer, einer Küchenzeile mit Frühstückstheke, benutzerdefinierten Theken und hochwertigen Geräten. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine geräumige Master-Suite mit großem Bad und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Ein WC befindet sich günstig zwischen der Küche und der großen Waschküche.
Die große Veranda entlang der Rückseite des Hauses öffnet sich zu einem schönen Innenhof, in dem sich das freistehende Gästehaus befindet.
Das malerische Gästehaus mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Vollbad bietet zusätzlichen Schlafraum. Mit zwei Tagesbetten mit ausziehbarem Bett, Flachbildfernseher und Keurig-Kaffeemaschine.
Dies ist ein Ferienhaus, das Sie genießen und Jahr für Jahr reservieren möchten.

This is our 2nd time at this house so that tells you how much we love it. The location is perfect. EASY walk to the shops and restaurants and extremely comfortable. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space is used so well. Decor 10/10 There is nothing we needed that wasn’t there for us. Clean and beautiful. So quiet in the house too. You don’t hear any street noise. The little detached 1/1 is perfect for an older child or even a mother in law or friend. Love this place! Cannot say enough about it!

Adorable cottage near everything

This little house is even cuter than it looks online. It is a wonderful screened in back porch and a patio with a fountain - so relaxing! It's within easy walking distance of the beach, as well as at least 10 restaurants. Loved it!
