Das Hotel liegt an einer schönen Lagune und bietet eine sehr ruhige Umgebung, die mit der Natur geteilt wird. Zwei Decks ĂŒberragen das Wasser fĂŒr die Beobachtung von Schildkröten und Fischen. KĂŒrzlich gekauft und renoviert mit vielen neuen Möbeln, Fußböden und GerĂ€ten in einer weichen Umgebung aus Meerschaum, Indigoblau, Treibholz und Grau. 55 "Smart-TV mit Full-Service-Xfinity und Netflix sowie kostenlosem Internet. Es gibt einen weiteren Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und eine sehr bequeme Liege.

Cottage befindet sich in der Wohnanlage von Fairway Villas, ist aber eine eigenstĂ€ndige Einheit ..... sehr privat. Dies ist ein Haus mit einem Schlafzimmer / einem Bad und einem Schlafsofa fĂŒr einen zusĂ€tzlichen Gast. FĂŒr zusĂ€tzlichen Komfort auf dem Schlafsofa bieten wir eine dicke Decke. Ebenfalls enthalten ist ein Starterpaket mit Seifen und Papierwaren.

Everything about this stay was outstanding, starting with communication with Barry ahead of the trip. The cottage was clean, roomy, and provided everything for a peaceful stay. Barry also provided some suggestions on where to shop and dine and what to do while on SSI. We celebrated our 20th anniversary here after honeymooning in 2005 on the Golden Isles. We are already planning a return trip but it won't be 20 years later. Thank you!!

Perfect stay just for me to attend a work conference across the street at Sea Palms Resort. Very clean and the perfect size. Really enjoyed sitting out on one of the small decks after a long day to have a cold drink and read a book!

Nice stay but tired furniture

Lovely location, quiet, perfect except the furniture in living room and dining room was past its prime, needing replacement. Uncomfortable and hard on back. Conversely the bed and a chaise chair in the bedroom were super comfortable. It needs a little TLC but the rest was great.

Very nice condo for a couple. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating when Hurricane Helene interrupted our original itinerary.

Birthday get away

We had a lovely stay. It was just what we needed. Some relaxation and fun. We loved searching for the tree spirits and watching all the turtles in the lagoon from the multiple balconies. Barry was easy to get a hold of and made sure we didn’t have any issues.

Even better than advertised!

Outstanding property and amazing host! Centrally located on St. Simons Island, so this was perfect for vacationing like we do by finding something centralized then taking day trips to do various activities. If you are looking for something right on or near the beach, look elsewhere. :) But if you are looking for a quality, quiet, well supplied, etc. spot, you simply can't go wrong here. We loved every minute of our stay, and the place had everything we could think of or need (whether in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc.) — just perfect! Would return in a heartbeat with no hesitations!

The Perfect Place to Relax

This was our first trip to the Golden Isles and we thoroughly enjoyed the history and natural beauty of St Simons. Our days were busy and this property was the perfect place to relax between outings and to get a good night’s rest. It is so quiet and peaceful! The bed is divine and we appreciated the tasteful decor and all the amenities. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay, the space was very clean, and check in/out couldn’t have been easier. The owner made himself available by phone/text. The neighborhood is quiet. Groceries and dining options are close and convenient. We especially enjoyed the turtles who swim right up to the deck to say hello.

Quiet and comfortable

Condo located adjacent to a golf course and country club in a quiet community with sidewalks. Unit is on a pond and has 3 decks with golf course views. We enjoyed watching and feeding the turtles and fish from the deck.

Tabby Cottage

The villa was beautiful...like an island surrounded by water. Three decks to enjoy the water views. It's also overlooking the golf course to enjoy that as well. The location is centrally located to everything. The host is excellent on communicating with you. Guests have a book to look through as well to get familiar with St. Simon's Island. Thanks for all the details...to ensure a comfortable stay. Wonderful!!

Call it the Turtle Palace!

I am a longtime and frequent visitor to St. Simons Island and usually stay with family but was unable to do so on this trip. The cottage is convenient to everything, Harris Teeter, Sea Island the causeway and is on a very pretty site off the first tee. These cottages are built on small ponds. The turtles can feel the vibration when you come to the porch and they want to say "Hi!" The washer and dryer are handy, nice open layout and a good place to hang out with sweeping views. Great Place!

Beautiful spot for a restful stay

We were looking for a quiet getaway and this fit the bill perfectly. Lovely location and beautifully furnished cottage. Very quiet and private yet close to a great grocery store and 15 minutes or less to restaurants. Also, good location for traveling to neighboring islands. Barry was an exceptional host. Ha be never had a host check in the morning after arrival just to be sure all was OK.
