Newly Renovated! You've found the perfect place to get away from it all. Moss Oak Lane #274 is one of the cleanest units around. This is a fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse overlooking the 18th Fairway at Sea Palms Golf Club.
Downstairs in this townhouse, you'll find two bedrooms, both with en-suite baths - each with a tub/shower combination. The king size master bedroom has a private patio overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The second bedroom has two queen beds, perfect for six to sleep comfortably.
Upstairs you'll love the spacious living room with a separate dining room area and an open updated kitchen. There are spectacular views from the second floor! With family in mind, this townhouse offers lots of seating for a great movie, a fully stocked kitchen for simple to gourmet meals. The 2nd floor deck allows hours of outside time and no worries of mosquitos and no-see-ums because it is completely screened in. Unit 274 is located in a convenient mid-island location that puts you approximately 4.5 miles to the beach or pier-village-lighthouse area, and mere steps to one of the Island's favorite golf courses.
