We had a great stay.

The house was delightful and the owner was friendly and great to work with. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was an easy drive to both Orlando and LEGOLAND as it was very conveniently located off the highway. Grocery store, gas station and restaurants were also close by.

Great Golf Vacation Home

This property was perfect. We had four adult golfers who loved the location and all the amenities the property provides. It's close to everything and the property was well maintained. The house was awesome.

The house was more than we expected, great location, pool was very refreshing. The only thing that bothered us was we couldn't adjust the thermostat, although there was air conditioning we are hot natured and we were warm at 76 degrees. But we would definitely stay again.

Comfortable spacious home

Comfortable, spacious four bedroom home in Davenport. Home was in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood more rural than downtown Orlando, yet 20 minutes from most theme parks. Owner was very gracious and made booking, access into home and return of deposit easy and efficient. Directions and other helpful information provided by owner. Home was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for large family or extended family. A truly enjoyable stay!

Awesome villa!

This villa was amazing! We loved the pool, the comfy beds, everything was clean, and the space is just amazing. We had our daughter, who at that time was almost 2 years old, had a great time! The pool had a fence so she couldn't go into it by accident, very safe! The kitchen had everything you'd wish for, and was very clean! The garage (or as we would call it, man-cave) had fun stuff to play around with, just a broken chair that we noticed, but that was already known by the owner. To be honest, we (men) didn't spend much time in their because the pool was more appealing to us. The location is great by the way, we stayed in that area earlier so we knew our way to go, but the stores & shops are really close for all your groceries. Our contact with the owner was great, every question we had we got an answer to, not that there where many, but still an important thing! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and we definitely would book this again if visiting Orlando! One thing... don't leave any garbage bags outside the door, you might have a stare down with a racoon lol

Great vacation house

It was a great vacation house, nice layout, comfortable beds, pool was nice. The furniture in the living room were not too comfortable. My family enjoyed the feeling of home away from home. Wonderful location. Nice and quiet and secluded. They supplied lots of extra towels and dishwasher tabs. That was nice. Would have liked more garbage liners Pool was awesome and fun. House was perfect size Some light bulbs need changed. Overall very happy

Clean and nicely kept.

The house is conveniently close to major theme parks. Very accommodating for our party of 9. The bedrooms with no ceiling fans get a bit too warm and the air conditioning doesn't seem to push out enough cold air despite the thermostat showing it was 75 degrees. Would've been better to have more trash bags besides just 1 extra in each trash can. There were too many remote controlers in the living room and we had a hard time figuring out which turned on what. When we did figure it out the reception on the channels was poor. One of the TVs in the bedrooms wouldn't even get any reception. The wifi was convenient and we had no issues with it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for us. We would certainly consider booking this house again if the few minor details I mentioned are addressed.

Very clean, big, well kept beautiful home!

Nice home with elbow room. Master bedroom was adequately sized, pool was nice, would have been better had the weather been a bit warmer. We did pay for pool heat, however, there was no cover on the pool, this would help keep the heat it. We were only able to use the pool once, due to this. Basic paper items, paper towels, extra toilet paper, would be nice to offer. There was also no clothes washer detergent tablets. One would be nice to provide. The beds were comfortable enough, had the stay been longer, they would not have been very comfortable. The furniture,couches/chairs, were not comfortable at al . With that said, the house was clean and very easy to find. The master room closet does have an odd odor

Excellent holiday home.

We had a great stay at this holiday home. It was very spacious and well equipped. The booking process was very easy and all details were forwarded to us in good time. Everything that the owner said would happen happened. The pool was looked after and the garbage container was even put out and returned for us. The pool was cloudy when we arrived. A note was left for us saying this and that it would be sorted soon, that was fine by us. It was great having the pool after a day at the theme parks to cool down and chill at,the kids loved it.The home does have some wear and tear, chips and scrapes on furniture and walls, window blinds bent (one missing) but it was minor. My only worry was it said to contact the property manager regarding an damage we found. To check the whole property for damage and report all these minor scrapes and chips seemed petty but did concern me as we hadn't caused them. We would certainly use this home again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area. It was about 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal studios. It's was a really nice quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of international drive and the 192. There were a few good places to eat that suited adults and children about 2 miles away and also a supermarket beside them. Thank you Zhong for everything .

Spacious vacation house

We had had a wonderfull vacation in this house. It is very spacious. Two livingrooms. 2 dining tables. 4 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. And a nice gameroom with airhockey and pooltable. The wifi was good and fast! This house is near the I4. The highway to the themeparks or Tampa. In the house it was a bit cold. But outside it was almost 100 degrees! The pool had some problems because of this heat. But the propertymanager did the best they could. Althougt the temperatur of the swimmingpool felt like a warm/hot bath, we enjoyed being in and around the pool!

Thoroughly enjoyed!

Everything exceeded my expectations. The house was great and we made many great memories for years to come for our family in this home. We asked for the temperature to be lowered and it was handled straightaway. Unfortunately a tropical storm came through while we were there which brought on lots of rain and the pool wasn't able to warm up due to no sun but the awesome owner came through for us and heated the pool. Our children really enjoyed the pool and game room. It was quite and peaceful there. I really felt like the owner and the property management team looked out for us when the storm started they sent a message letting us know and to please keep safe. Almost felt like I was in a friends home! The owner was so accommodating and answered any emails I sent promptly and even through we were kind of stuck in the home due to the rain, thanks to them, we had a great vacation in spite of the rain. Can't wait to plan another trip to go back and wish that Florida wasn't so far away so we could go back often. You will not be disappointed in the home, the owner or the property manager, the location, and all for a very reasonable price! The pool guys was very friendly, professional, and quick but thorough when cleaning the pool. We had great instructions on the home, the security system, trash pickup, which we didn't even have to handle getting the trashcan to the curb. I guess the guys cleaning the lawn did it the night before because when went out to do it, it was there then we heard the trash being picked up and went out 15 minutes later to bring the trashcan back to the house and someone already did it. I didn't find the "rules" to be restrictive or too many, as one person stated; I found it to be reasonable and logical. I have recommended this property to friends and family that have already booked their stay and some are planning to book as well. Unfortunately due to the rain; we couldn't go the Disney World or SeaWorld, both were so close to us too, but we still found fun indoors with the aquarium, wax museum, Ripley's Believe it or Not, The Orlando Eye, Medieval Times (expensive but great fun), and indoor glow-in-the-dark putt-putt, and all of these places were close in distance to the home. Also, we went to eat at Johnnie's Hideaway - very pricey but so good. Loved the bone in Ribeye and Madagascar Shrimp both were amazing but was quite the hefty bill of $250 for 5 people. We were all sad to leave and would like to thank the owner for all!!

Very Clean, No Access to Thermostat

Pros: Our family of nine fit very comfortably and the house was VERY clean. We used the pool table when we arrived and appreciated the availability of the high chair. Publix, Chili's and other eateries are nearby. The house is approx 45 minutes to an hour from the airport but Disney World is 15-20 minutes away. Requests were taken care in a timely manner. Cons: NO ACCESS to thermostat! The thermostat was locked in a plastic case and we had to call every time we wanted the temperature adjusted. The house was 68 degrees when we arrived and called to ask for the heater to be turned on to kill the nip in the air. They turned it up to 76 degrees... way too hot! We had to wait until morning to call and have the temperature adjusted again. The days were warm and called again to turn the a/c on. This was very cumbersome! I understand trying to control utility cost but you have to let tenants control their own comfort. Too many rules which we were not aware of until two weeks before the reservation. Although this was understandable, it felt too restrictive.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Property is in perfect location for Disney and our golf vacation. House has everything you need for a great Florida vacation. Owner is excellent. We can't wait to stay here again next year. The central location made access to the various golf courses very easy.

Great house, close to the mouse

This beautiful house is in a very beautiful neighbourhood. Close to every themepark in Orlando. The house has a very homy feeling as soon as you walk in for the first time. The lay out is very beautiful. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need to make a nice meal for the family. New washer and dryer are also in the kitchen. The pool outside is huge, the spa is also huge. We loved to spend some time in it after coming back from the city. 3 bedrooms upstairs. The Mickey room with 2 double beds. The queen room has a decent size. The Master bedroom is huge. 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom downstairs. The contact with the owner is very good. Responds quickly to questions or other things.

Great home away from home

The description and fotos of the house were very accurate and we therefore felt right at home when we entered the house for the first time. All was clean and well equipped. The management company was fast and accurate with answering any questions we had and solved small issues. Sandy Ridge is close to a publix and the I-4 giving fast access to many of the attractions Orlando has to offer. With the alarm system we felt save in leaving the house while enjoying attractions and dinner. The pool was also a great way to relax from a busy day. The location of the villa was nice with a view on the lake. With only neighbors on one side the villa felt very private. We have been in Orlando many times before and always stayed at a Disney hotel. This was our first stay at a villa and definitely not our last. We would book this villa again for sure and recommend it to family and friends.

Amazing Experience

We had the pleasure of staying in sandy ridge.. This home was nothing short of amazing.. The home is fully equipped with kitchen accessories an plenty of linen.. All you have to bring is ur clothes an groceries. Our family really enjoyed the private pool, game room, wii u video game as well as close by neighbors. There is a playground on site for young children.. It's close to shopping an amenities.. Also to Disney attractions. After a long day at the parks an being out an about in orlando. This is a great way to unwind. Home provided plenty of space for our family of 5. The home has a great security system for added protection. To top it off, the owners were fantastic, very responsive to all emails an texts. Allowed us to book an earlier stay at the last minute. I can't say enough.. Our family really appreciated this whole experience. We will definitely visit orlando area again soon.. & plan to stay here. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family, colleagues an all who read this..!! Enjoy your stay!!!

A house like your own.

The moment you open the door it feels so comfy. Enough space, great pool and spa, it's huge. In here you can relax and recover from all the great parks and shopping malls. Comfort for a great price. Not to mention it is close to everything.

Florida

There were some maintenance problems but they were resolved within a couple of days. It was nice having the pool to play in.
