Entspannen Sie im Wohnzimmer auf drei Sofas, die alle einen uneingeschränkten Blick auf den Strand und das Meer bieten. Eine Couch bietet sich als Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer an. Machen Sie sich auf den Weg zum Strand von einem der Eingänge aus dem Familienzimmer. Sie sind nur wenige Schritte vom Meer und Strand Spaß entfernt.

Everything was as advertized. Not a big house but perfect for our damily of 6. We have stayed on A1A for about 10 years now, and this house has the best beach access of all the ones we've stayed at. AC unit is also the best we've had. Deck is wobbly in spots, but not dangerous.I was sad that the swing in the pictures wasn't there!!! Overall. Great place to stay. I would stay again.

Incredible Views

We have stayed at this wonderful property several times and we are never disappointed. It is in a great location halfway between Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine. As an added benefit, there is a nature preserve within walking distance directly across A1A. The GTM Preserve has many nice trails and kayaking available. Highly recommended.

We had a blast and already miss the beach! Host and house were great and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We enjoyed all the typical beach activities, especially hunting for shark teeth!

Our Favorite

Third time we've stayed here. We've stayed at many places along the Vilano/S. Ponte Vedra stretch, but this is the perfect place for us. Small, quiet, clean, and it has everything we need. Really perfect!

Perfect for us

We couldn't have found anything more perfect for us. Celebrating our 50th, this gem gave us just what we were after. The location is unbeatable, and the house is just right. Layout is great. Everything you need. Lovely yet not fussy. Hosts had a nice welcome book with tips on what to see in the area. We never left. Nature gave us all we needed to enjoy: air, water, waves, colors, shells, birds... Pelicans using updrafts to glide overhead in formation was a treat. We even had the power of a wind- and hail- filled torrential thunderstorm whip through to give another kind of appreciation of God's glory! So grateful for nice people who share their treasures.

Listen to the waves

We had a great time staying in this quaint home on the beach. We love listening to the rolling waves and watching the sunrise over the ocean. This is a very quiet beach house without many people on the beach when we were there. All the amenities were there and readily available. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet sea side place to get away!

Overall it was ok. Some problems did arise. The kitchen was infested with big ants. The hall bathtub didn’t drain properly. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work properly ( could only get one channel). The location and surrounding were good

Wonderful location

Property was clean and very close to beach. We had beach to ourselves. We loved the privacy. The owner was a phone call away. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the commodes need to be taller.. My husband and I are in our 70’s and it makes a difference. Will definitely stay again. Loved it. We loved the privacy. House was wonderful.

Mixed Feelings

There were pros and cons to this stay, so I want to be fair in this review. PROS: 1.The location is UNBEATABLE. It was gorgeous and lots of space on both sides of the property. It is a 5 out of 5 for location. 2. The hosts were very communicative and check in was very easy. CONS: 1. The pictures on the VRBO site make the rooms look larger than they are, especially the bedrooms. It felt very crammed. 2. Bugs. From the moment we entered the house, there were very large roaches on the floor. There were red ants on both the white couch and the white bedspread in the primary bedroom and there were spiders on the ceiling. This was constant and made it hard to relax. The house does not have much insulation from the outside. 3. The rugs and sofa cover felt dirty. Again, it was hard to relax. We put towels on the couch when we sat there. 4. The bunk beds are not usable. They are VERY shaky and not safe to sleep on, as well as the bottom bunk is so high that even a child could not sit on that bed without hitting their head on the wooden planks. It felt very make shift. Also, the ladder was blocked by the night stand. At this price point, I would have expected not to have these cons. If you are only interested in the beach, this location is amazing, but if you also like to enjoy the inside of the home, I would not recommend this property.

Fabulous

This is our fifth or sixth summer staying at this property--for a reason. Hard to find a better spot--right on the beach, no close neighbors, and very responsive hosts. I don't know if it's being on the beach or being stuffed with seafood, or the mattress, but I sleep better here than anywhere!

Perfect location/maintenance 4/10

We enjoyed our stay. House is in good location. Everything was super convenient which is exactly what we were looking for with children. However we did get scolded for taking the bed spreads and protectors off the beds. Which confused us bc we assumed they would wash before the new guest came in. It also sounds like they do not wash their white couch covers after every guest so I would highly recommend bringing some disinfectant spray and not allow your children to sit on their furniture. Also the bugs were a bit on the active side. We all felt super itchy in the house. Great house, great location but the maintenance could be better.

Absolutely Perfect!

We could not have asked for a better property for our last vacation before our son leaves for the Army. The interior offered everything we needed for staying in and for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The exterior was beyond what I could have imagined. Plenty of space to hang out in the sun or in the shade, my son particularly loved the swing. Having an empty lot on each side made it feel like we had our own private beach and made it easier for this nervous momma to be able to relax and just enjoy watching the kiddos play. Thank you for sharing your property and allowing us to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Best House Yet

This is my family and I's 4th time staying in an airb&b on this beach. This was our favorite house we have stayed in here. It was clean, spacious, and had amazing views! The absolute best part of the house is the bottom patio. We had a 2 year old and it was a perfect place for him to get a break from the sun and safely run around with his toys. We also really appreciated the driveway. It was easy to spot, park, and turn around in which can be hard to come by in that area.
