There is satellite TV with a large selection of international channels, free Wifi connection, a modern kitchen and a private terrace with beautiful views of the Mont Blanc. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst approximately 1300 sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi cablecar.

With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few chalets with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQs, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the background. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.

On the ground floor of the chalet there is a ski room.
